Objectives: Explore the specific functions and application status of behavior change techniques(BCT)in sports fitness apps;clarify the relationship between app user ratings and downloads and BCT;perform physical exercises for the masses and app developers Functional innovation,providing software reference and theoretical basis.Methods: First of all,use the internationally representative App screening framework to conduct appraisal,screening,review,classification and applicability evaluation of App Store and Apple App Store for sports and fitness apps;in the scoring system,use widely used applications in this field The 23 types of BCT definitions developed and verified by Abraham and Michie are scored.This definition clearly describes the specific interventions of 23 types of BCT,and only these 23 types of BCT definitions show good reliability in 51 tests.Kappa The values are all greater than 0.7.Two testers used each app for at least 30 minutes,and then scored.Each app identified a function that meets the intervention description in the definition is scored 1 point,if there is no function,it will not be scored.If there is a dispute,it will be counted.0.5 points,each App scores within 0-23points;records the number of sports fitness apps,descriptions,categories and reasons for removing apps in the screening framework,downloads and user ratings of the apps after screening,and each App Using SPSS22.0 to perform correlation analysis on each parameter index after processing.Results: 1)A total of 1098 sports and fitness apps were retrieved using the screening framework,including 531 Android apps and 567 IOS apps;2)A total of 106 apps included in the scoring system,including 72 Android,66 IOS,and 32 duplicate apps 3)All apps have identified BCT 731.5 times,accounting for 30% of the total number of identifications.On average,each App contains 7 types;4)Self-behavior monitoring,providing exercise feedback,and setting specific target types have the most BCTs.Respectively 100 times,98 times,81 times;5)Behavioural role model,recurrence prevention,teaching tips and reminders have the least BCT,which is 0;6)The cumulative number of BCT recognition times for the Android system App is 470.5 times,accounting for the total number of BCTs.28%.The cumulative number of BCT identifications by IOS system App is 495.5 times,accounting for 33% of the total;7)A total of 7 charging apps,all of which are IOS system apps,BCT times are 65 times,accounting for 40% of the total,and a total of 99 free apps The number of BCTs is 666.5,accounting for 29% of the total;8)App downloads of the two systems are significantly correlated with the number of BCTs,and the user score of the Android system App is significantly correlated with the number of BCTs.Conclusions: :1)The most frequently used behavior change technology for sports fitness apps is self-behavior monitoring,providing exercise feedback and setting specific goals;2)IOS apps have relatively more BCTs than Android apps;3)repetition Class apps generally have more BCTs than non-repetitive apps,and a larger proportion of non-repetitive apps use fewer BCTs;4)App downloads are more than 2.5 million,and user ratings are greater than 4.8 There is a rich number of BCT applications;5)There is a very significant positive correlation between the number of BCTs and the number of downloads of the sports and fitness apps,and only the App user score of the Android system has a very significant positive correlation with the number of BCTs relationship.
