Since the 1990s,after the theory of business process re-engineering(BPR)was put forward,many enterprises in the world have been carried out the enterprise reform with the method of BPR.Some successful enterprises have undergone a complete transformation,and some have greatly improved their economic benefits.Therefore,the BPR has been paid attention to widely.The BPR is through the analysis of the original enterprise process,get the latest customer needs,reset the enterprise organization structure,redefine all the process of the enterprise,and help enterprises to obtain the optimal BPR design scheme.the new process which has been implemented and constantly revised eventually improve the comprehensive competition ability of enterprises.In the actual market environment,enterprises should not only learn from the experience of successful implementation of BPR,but also refer to the reasons for the failure of it.Since the establishment of K training technology co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as K training),it has been setting up teaching activities according to students' characteristics,so that students can actively learn,acquire knowledge and build the construction of knowledge system in a positive and active way in a happy and effective classroom.But since founded,the current training management process can't satisfy the actual operating conditions,with the development of the enterprise growth and scale,the diversification of market competition,and the higher and higher requirements of students and parents.K training is in encountered bottleneck period whether enrollment situation or the development of new courses;as the same the new teacher training effect is not obvious.In the meanwhile,the profit level is slow in the case of rising cost.Therefore,improving the training management process of K training is the fundamental way to adapt to the development of enterprises,improve the current operating conditions,solve practical problems and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry.This paper takes K training as the research object,and on the basis of its actual situation,through the study on related theory of business process re-engineering.It describes the specific training management of K training combining the theory with practice,analyzes and studies the existing problems in the existing management process according to the current situation,then analyze education training institutions of local market,and the actual needs of students and parents.By using the relevant theories of education and training management,and course management,the improvement of management process of K training is studied.With the idea of BPR,adjust the organizational structure of K training according to the current situation and development trend,optimize the educational affairs and teaching management process,and redesign the marketing and enrollment management process,and the development process of new courses.In addition,in order to ensure the implement successfully of training management process re-engineering for K training,this paper also gives the relevant contents of control,incentive and process implementation strategy.Finally,through the management process re-engineering of K training,to solve the problem of increasing the number of students,improve the satisfaction and loyalty of students and parents,enrich the variety of course products and ensure development of the high-quality course products,and promote the long-term development and growth of K training.It is hoped that through the research on the improvement of management process of K training,this paper can provide reference and inspiration for similar situations and problems encountered by small and micro training institutions similar to K training in actual operation and management.
