On November 20,2017,the Chinese Basketball Association(CBA)held the launch ceremony of the Little Basketball Development Plan and Little Basketball League in Beijing,and released Little Basketball Rules at the same time,which reopened the curtain of the development of small basketball in China.Under this background,the social capital intensive into small basketball training market,training organization,training scale expands unceasingly,but at the same time,the part of the basketball training institutions in the small basketball teaching content arrangement is given priority to with coach experience phenomenon,caused the teaching content of the occurrence of such problems as lack of continuity,disorganized content,for the small basketball promotion and the development of basketball training institutions are serious obstacles.Therefore,starting from the practical problems,it is very important to study the optimization of the teaching content of small basketball in Hangzhou basketball training institutions.This study using the literature material method,the methods of questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,relying on the motor development,the theory of cognitive development theory,Taylor,and scholars shaowei pan in the school sports learning about the definition of sports teaching content,from the theory of knowledge,techniques and tactics with three aspects: the first children’s amateur basketball training institutions in hangzhou city the contents of the small basketball teaching present situation investigation,further analysis of the existing problems,finally puts forward the small basketball teaching content set optimization measures,the conclusion is as follows:At present,the teaching content of children’s amateur basketball training institutions in Hangzhou is generally comprehensive,but there are still some problems in teaching objective setting,teaching hour allocation and the selection of specific theoretical knowledge,technical movements and tactics with the teaching content:(1)the teaching objective setting is vague;(2)Lack of class hour allocation plan;(3)The lack of theoretical knowledge content affects the players’ comprehensive and correct understanding of small basketball games;(4)The teaching content of technical movements has high repeatability,lack of stage and development;(5)the teaching content of technical movements tends to be competitive and not interesting enough;(6)The teaching content of tactical coordination is too complicated and the order is disordered.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of small basketball teaching content setting in Hangzhou amateur children’s basketball training institutions:(1)in terms of teaching objective setting.The general objectives of small basketball teaching in Hangzhou children’s amateur basketball training institutions include four dimensions: sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation.(2)in the teaching content hour number of allocation.The weight of U8 theoretical knowledge content is 0.1606,the weight of technical action content is0.7592,and the weight of tactical coordination content is 0.0802.The weight of U10 theoretical knowledge is 0.1229,the weight of technical action is 0.7337,and the weight of tactical coordination is 0.1364.The weight of U12 theoretical knowledge is0.1112,the weight of technical action is 0.6799,and the weight of tactical coordination is 0.2089.(3)in the theoretical knowledge content setting.U8 focuses on the teaching of the origin,development of small basketball games,common violations and foul actions;U10 focuses on the etiquette teaching of small basketball games;U12 focuses on the teaching of small basketball game techniques and action principles,and the prevention and treatment of common sports injuries.(4)in the technical action content setting.U8 group should focus on the teaching of moving footwork and dribbling skills;The teaching of shooting technique should be carried out in U10 group.U12 group should focus on the teaching of breaking movement,defense and rebounding movement.(5)Tactical coordination content setting.The teaching of U8 mainly focuses on the basic defensive tactics,while the teaching of U8 and U12 basic offensive tactics is carried out in the order of passing,penetrating,covering and counterattacking.
