In recent years,China's population growth has been slow, and the number of young people with disabilities is also growing slowly. However, due to the large population.base, the disabled youth population in China is still relatively large. The problem of disability is that cannot be solved in a short time and cannot be ignored. Therefore, young people with disabilities need more social care and help in their development. In real life, the special group of disabled adolescents is faced with both physical and psychological problems, which are prone to physical and mental problems and deviant behaviors. In this study, the disabled youth Y in Nanjing N community was selected as the client, and the relevant information of the client was collected through the method of observation and semi-structural interview, and the problems were analyzed. The deviant behaviors of the client were found to be:unethical behavior, bad parent-child relationship and poor group relationship with peers. The main reason for the deviant behavior of the client is that the client has the cognitive deviation of the client herself and her weak sense of discipline and insufficient self-control ability. In addition, the parents and community members of the client are also to some extent the factors that cause the deviant behavior of the client.Based on cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory, this study mainly uses cognitive behavioral therapy mode to explore the way of deviant behavior correction among disabled adolescents.Throughout the service, the researcher mainly engaged in dialogue-style questioning, guiding them to be aware of their own deviant behavior problems, and finding erroneous perceptions of themselves, family and friends. At the same time, the social worker pass on the correct ideas to the client, promote her to form correct cognition, and then change their deviant behaviors. After the service is completed, the effectiveness of the service is evaluated using the methods of the scale and the interview.Through the evaluation results,we can understand that this case service promotes positive changes in the client, and the problem of deviant behavior is obviously improved. The service effectiveness is characterized by a decrease in the number of unethical behaviors of the client,an increase in parent-child communication and a good relationship between peer groups. The study proves that it is feasible and effective to use cognitive behavioral therapy to correct the deviant behavior of disabled adolescents.Cognitive behavioral therapy has unique advantages over other case work patterns. On the one hand,it can correct the deviant behavior of disabled adolescents in a short period of time.On the other hand,it can help young people with disabilities change their false perceptions and reshape new ones. This can encourage disabled teenagers to make changes and face life positively, which is conducive to their long-term healthy development. The social worker played a number of roles as guides, supporters, demonstrators and coordinators in the practical process. The social worker actively adjust their roles at different stages, give full play to their role, and assist clients to solve problems. After the service, the researchers deeply reflected on the advantages and disadvantages of cognitive behavioral therapy model, the role of social workers and the ethical dilemma of social work, and summarized the deficiencies of the whole practical process and research,so as to improve the service in the future.
