The Plight Of Industrial Clusters Based On The Resource And Environmental Constraints、Cognitive Behavioral Deviation

At present, in the context of rapid industrialization and urbanization, some developed areas of industrial clusters come into a disorder、blindness and predatory predicament. Previous studies consider resource and environmental constraints is the primary cause of the plight of the regional industry clusters, and through study we find that enterprises for industrial clusters cognitive deviant and behavior cognitive in the process of industrial clusters are also important factors for the regional plight of regional industrial clusters. Traditional industrial cluster theory is not sufficient to fully explain the phenomenon of the internal causes of the contrarily starting from the point of view of behavioral economics, that will help us to take a comprehensive understanding of the internal mechanism of the formation of the predicament. In this context, the paper will take a in-depth analysis and discussion from the resource and environmental constraints and cognitive behavioral biases both internal and external aspects in the plight of industrial clusters.This paper is based on the theory of industrial clusters, enterprise resource environment and behavior economic theory, firstly on the analyse of industrial clusters’s impact factor and formation mechanism caused by resource and environmental constraints, then recognized in respect of the industrial clusters’s impact factor and formation mechanism caused by decision-makers’s cognitive deviation and behavior deviant in the process of enterprise clusters, Finally, according to the previously discussed results, we establish structural equation model based on the impact of resource and environmental constraints、cognitive behavioral deviation and behavior deviant in the process of enterprise clusters on the plight of industrial clusters, and based on the survey data of177cluster enterprises on Jiangsu Province, lately we use AMOS7.0—data analysis tools to analyse the established structural equation. The empirical results show that the cluster environmental constraints and cognitive deviant cause positive effects on corporate decision-makers’s behavior in the process of industrial clusters, resource and environmental constraints、cognitive deviation and behavioral deviation have a significant positive effect on the plight of industrial clusters. Finally, on the base of the conclusions, we will take some policy measures to resolve the plight of regional industrial clusters.
