Research On Integrated Development Of Tour Of Qinghai Lake International Road Cycling Races And Tourism Of Qinghai Province

Clarifying the relationship between large-scale sports events and tourism development in Qinghai Province,seeks for the methods of crossborder integration of the two different industries,can provide theoretical reference for improving the value creation of Qinghai tourism,realizing the high-quality development of Qinghai tourism.From the perspective of integrated development of large-scale sports events and tourism,this thesis takes the 2017-2019 and 2021 Qinghai Lake International Road Cycling Race(hereinafter referred to as the Tour of Lake)as examples,uses the methods of literature review,survey,mathematical statistics methods,comparative analysis,etc.,to study the advantages and problems of the integrated development of the Tour of Lake.This thesis mainly focuses on the following three aspects: 1.Analyzes the development status of the Tour of Lake and the tourism industry in Qinghai Province.2.clarifies the positive impacts and shortcomings of the holding of the Tour of Lake on Qinghai tourism.3.analyzes the integrated development mode,promotion strategy and the problems in the development process of the Tour of Lake and Qinghai tourism.Through the above research,it is expected to provide specific improvement measures for large-scale sports events from the perspective of top-level design of the policy,to provide reference ideas for the high-quality and sustainable development of tourism industry in Qinghai Province.The following conclusions are drawn from this study: 1.The advantages of the integrated development of the Tour of Lakes and Qinghai tourism stem from policy support,the agreement of development ideas,the resource sharing,and the exchange of interests.2.The positive impacts of the Tour of Lake on the development of tourism in Qinghai Province are mainly reflected in the economy,environment,culture,tourist source structure and tourism brand image.The negative impacts are mainly reflected in the sharp increase in the pressure on the ecological environment of scenic area,the urban traffic pressure,prices rising,and so on.3.The main problems in the integrated development of the Tour of Lake and tourism in Qinghai province are as follows: the holding of the Tour of Lake does not make full use of potential consumption capacity and various superior resources,and does not significantly promote the number of tourists in the off-season.In view of this,this research makes the following recommendations: The infrastructures should be improved continually during the event,in order to improve the satisfaction of tourists;Through digging into Qinghai ethnic culture,adding event-themed souvenirs,setting up tourists riding experience activities to increase tourists participation and stimulate tourists consumption potential;Develop a diversified sports and tourism integration system based on local conditions,and create a characteristic tourism industry that integrates humanities,history,and leisure sports.
