Qinghai Province boasts a vast territory and abundant resources,while the population distribution and the economic development level have an obvious regional difference.Compared with hinterland of China,the development of economy and society lag behind.In addition,the unique plateau geographical conditions forms the present integrated transportation network pattern.Since the rapid step of Qinghai's economy development,the cost of economic development produced by these becomes the focus of the governments and scholars.It turns to the inevitable choice to synthesize transportation network reasonably,to reduce the cost of integrated transportation and to sustain the regional economic development.Hence,there are fundamentally theoretical significance and practical significance to analyze and explore the relation between the cost of integrated transportation and regional comprehensive transportation network.This thesis aims at the statistical material of the integrated transportation network,the main modes of transportation and passenger and freight volume in Qinghai Province.Such analytical methods as average haul distance of integrated transportation,scale coefficient of the integrated passenger and cargo,integrated transportation accessibility,integrated transportation cost and GIS spatial analysis methods are used to analyze the variation of integrated transportation cost in 2010,2012,2014 and 2015 produced by the variation of transportation network in Qinghai Province.Firstly,analysis of the average haul distance spatial pattern of integrated transportation in Qinghai Province is made.The results show that:(1)The average length of transport network boasts not only a great difference between the east and west of Qinghai,but also unbalanced spatial distribution which presents a diminishing trend from the east to the west based on a center of Xining and Gonghe.(2)the transport network density and loop networks can efficaciously cut down the average haul distance and reduce the cost.Secondly,comprehensive transportation scales of both travellers and goods transportation in 2010,2012,2014 and 2015 are analyzed.Some discoveries are:(1)the spatial distributional difference of passenger and cargo in Qinghai Province is enormous and presents the obvious cyclic annular with double centers' features,whichforms the eastern center of Xining City and Haidong City.And this forms the saddle cycle distribution features with the sub-central western Golmud City.This feature indicates that passenger and cargo scale is related with the economic development level and city scale of the research node.(2)Analysis of passenger and cargo scale are made,and comprehensive transportation presents a steady promotion.Comprehensive transportation scale of Qinghai Province presents the feature that transportation junction diminishes from all around,which explains that the development of transportation nets influences the passenger and cargo scale obviously.(3)Trough the data analysis,an obvious discovery is that the construction of comprehensive transportation junction of Haidong City not only enlarges the transportation scale of Haidong Scale,but also drives the increasing of passenger and freight scale all around.This explains that passenger and freight scale difference in the district node can be adjusted efficaciously.Thirdly,analysis of comprehensive transportation accessibility were made.The features were as following:(1)The spatial distribution features of comprehensive transportation accessibility expressed the circular distribution with a single-core city of Xining,and the transportation accessibility of the eastern area of the whole province were higher than that of the western area,which expressed that mature comprehensive transportation nets had an obvious influence on the accessibility.(2)the construction and improvement of transportation network could perfect the comprehensive transportation accessibility of the district area based on teasing the change scope of all the nodes of the province from 2010 to 2014.(3)As for the great difference between the west and east of the nodes,the construction of comprehensive transportation junction was in need to adjust the accessibility difference of sections.Fourthly,the general spatial distribution of Qinghai integrated transportation cost is analyzed.The results show that:(1)the integrated transportation expressed the cyclic annular nek features with double centers and formed the spatial distribution of the center of Xining and the periphery of increasing in eastern area and the center of Golmud and the periphery of increasing in western area.This explained that the development level of economy and population distribution and the basic construction of transportation in this district area had an obvious influence on the cost of the comprehensive transportation.(2)Through the analysis of the data of the cost of comprehensive transportation from 2010 to 2015,it was discovered that comprehensive transportation junction had an obvious effect on the difference of transportation cost in the region of accommodation.So it was advised that theconstruction of the two national comprehensive transportation junctions and three regional comprehensive transportation junctions should be put into reinforce and perfection.(3)The cost of comprehensive transportation totality emerged a downtrend with an average number of 33%.This indicated that the upgrade and remould of comprehensive transportation network from 2010 to 2015 had an obvious auxo-action to reduce the cost.
