Research On Social Work Intervention In The Social Relations Of Hospitalized Tumor Patients

Malignant tumors are the leading cause of death in urban and rural residents in my country,and their morbidity and mortality are still increasing year by year.Because the treatment of malignant tumors is difficult and the probability of recurrence is high,patients with tumors need to bear physical pain and psychological burden at the same time.As a new professional embedded medical field,social work uses its unique professional working methods to bring holistic care and psychological care to the client,effectively alleviating patients' panic due to disease treatment,economic difficulties,tension between doctors and patients,discord between husband and wife,Many problems caused by the weak relationship between patients and friends.This research is based on the medical social work practice of the Oncology Radiology Department of the Inpatient Department of Hunan X Hospital.Through a variety of methods such as semi-structured interviews and participatory observations,we understand the plight and needs of inpatient oncology patients.Under the guidance of emotional ABC theory and social support theory,aiming at the personality and common needs of hospitalized tumor patients,intervening in patient-doctor-patient communication,husband and wife communication,and restoring their damaged social relationship through case work;group work Build a platform for patient communication to promote the establishment of mutual assistance relationships between patients.At the same time,the patient's social relationship is used as a source of strength to obtain external support to solve a series of medical difficulties such as financial difficulties,emotional distress,poor role adaptation,and insufficient treatment information.Through repeated research and modification of the service plan,summarize the service effects of case work intervention and group work intervention in different difficulties,explore the intervention space of medical social work for inpatient tumor patients,and verify the applicability of medical social work in the field of interventional medicine.With a sense of value,reflect on the opportunities and limitations of medical social workers entering the medical field to provide services for inpatient tumor patients,in order to play a certain reference role for medical social work in the field of service practice for critically ill patients.
