With the transformation of traditional biomedical model to bio psycho social medical model,people have put forward higher actual demand in medical and health for the increasing health requirements.In the face of the improvement of people's health service requirements,coupled with medical disputes,patients often have poor communication and other problems,it is far from enough to rely on medical staff to provide services.In this context,medical social workers can be based on multiple dimensions,proceed from reality,and use the professional knowledge and skills of social work to provide patients with medical social work services and good humanistic care.They are also gradually playing a role in alleviating the increasingly prominent contradiction between doctors and patients and reconstructing the trust relationship between doctors and patients.The importance of the development of medical social work is gradually emerging.With the rapid development of social work institutions and the implementation of the mechanism of government purchasing social work services,medical social work institutions are also carrying out social work services in the way of project operation.Project based operation has developed in other fields of social work,but it is still faced with immature theory and practice in the field of medical social work.At present,in addition to setting up a medical social work department directly in hospitals,there is also a third-party social work organization to send medical social workers to hospitals to provide professional services in the way of undertaking projects,It may lead to some problems in the process of medical social work project operation,which is not conducive to the development of medical social work and the combination of project operation mode and medical social work.Based on this,the author took the project of caring for female tumor patients in Y organization as an example,collected the project data through questionnaire survey,interview and participation observation,and integrated and analyzed the process of project operation of medical social work in Y organization according to the four stages of PDCA Cycle Theory: planning,implementation,inspection and processing There are some limitations in the process of implementing the project of caring for female tumor in Y organization,mainly in three aspects: the buyer of the project is mainly the lack of fit of the evaluation model and the limited project funds;the interaction with the service object is mainly the embarrassment of the identity of medical social workers and the insufficient investigation of their needs;the social work organization is mainly the complicated work of the social work organization itself The professional quality of the staff is insufficient and the project operation is not professional.In order to improve the level of medical social project operation,this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions,such as improving the project evaluation,making rational use of resources,building a propaganda mode,enhancing the sense of identity,strengthening the ability of the organization itself,and improving the level of project operation.
