Sports activities can not only effectively promote the physical and mental health development of rural left behind children,but also enhance their social adaptability.However,at present,the research on the participation of rural left behind children in sports activities is not deep enough.Most of the research focuses on the investigation of the current situation of sports activities,especially on the description of sports activities,such as the time,frequency and items of participation,and ignores the research on the cognition and emotional participation of rural left behind children in sports activities,especially the lack of recognition of sports activities Knowledge participation,behavior participation and emotional participation.In view of this,this paper takes the rural left behind children's participation in sports activities in Chenzhou area of Hunan Province as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert survey and expert interview,questionnaire survey and interview,and on the basis of consulting the relevant literature on left behind children,investigates and analyzes the current situation of the rural left behind children's participation in sports activities in Chenzhou area,so as to find out the countermeasures This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the level of their participation in sports activities,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows: 1)the level of cognitive participation in sports activities of rural left behind children is low as a whole.Most of the left behind children in rural areas subjectively prefer to participate in sports activities,but their understanding of the importance and value of sports activities is not comprehensive,and they do not know how to use scientific and reasonable methods to prevent and deal with the possible safety problems in sports activities;2)The sports activities of left behind children in rural areas are single and limited.Mainly table tennis,badminton,playing sandbags,rope skipping,basketball and other traditional sports,as well as the items with lower requirements for court equipment;3)rural left behind children participate in sports activities every week with low frequency,short duration and low activity intensity,and more people choose to participate in extracurricular sports activities alone,rarely with their guardians;4)rural left behind children participate in extracurricular sports activities In children's emotional participation in sports activities,the production of positive and negative emotional experience is relatively high.They can feel happy and relaxed in sports activities,and they can also feel the fun of team cooperation,but they will worry about their poor performance in sports activities,lack of self-confidence,and easy to produce strong negative emotions in the face of unable to complete technical actions,backward,being ridiculed or criticized by others;5)there are many factors affectingthe participation of rural left behind children in sports activities From the four aspects of society,school,family and left behind children themselves,this paper explores the factors influencing their participation in sports activities.
