In the last few years,children and adolescents' psychological disorders and various behavioral problems have attracted national attention.Junior high school students are at the initial stage of their teenage development,compared with other age groups,it's psychological quality is more controllable and malleable.In addition,when they face pressure from various aspects such as entering a higher school,interpersonal communication,etc.,they are easy to produce negative emotions,such as anxiety.So,the anxiety of junior high school students should be more widely concerned,explored and dealt with.It is very important for itself and the whole society.Profound meaning.Relevant studies have shown that physical activity as a green,economical,and non-side-effect "good medicine" has a positive effect on anxiety;social support,as a multi-dimensional system,also affects anxiety from different aspects.Previous studies usually only consider the correlation between physical activity and anxiety,social support and anxiety,or physical activity and social support.Few studies integrate the three variables of physical activity,social support and anxiety.At the same time,it explores its inner connection,and the inner connection of the three has not been verified in the group of junior high school students.In view of this,the research adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,the current situation of physical activity,social support and anxiety of junior high school students was reflected mainly through descriptive statistical analysis;on this basis,the physical activity,social Analyze the difference between support and anxiety in demographic variables;explore the internal relationship between these three variables in the group of junior high school students;examine whether social support played a mediating role between physical activity and anxiety,thereby revealing the three The inner link between.The final study came to the following conclusions:(1)The overall physical activity of junior high school students is at a medium level,with high physical activity only accounting for 27.6%;Junior high school students have significant differences in physical activity in gender,family position,grade and whether they are the only child.(2)The overall level of social support for junior high school students is relatively high;Junior high school students' social support and its sub-dimensions have significant differences in family position and grade;Subjective support has significant difference on whether the only child is the only child or not;Social support,objective support and the degree of support utilization have no significant differences in gender and only child.(3)The anxiety detection rate of junior high school students is22.5%,the overall situation is not optimistic;The anxiety of junior high school students has significant differences in gender,family position and grade,but there is no significant difference in whether they are the only child.(4)Junior high school students physical activity and social support and their sub-dimensions are significantly positive correlation;Junior high school students physical activity,social support and their sub-dimensions were significantly negative correlation with anxiety.(5)Physical activity has a significant positive effect on social support and its sub-dimensions;Physical activity,social support and their sub-dimensions had significant negative predictive effects on anxiety.(6)Social support plays a part of mediating role between physical activity and anxiety.
