On The Ability Training Of Tourism Majors In The Secondary Vocational School

On the analysis of the study condition of tourism ability home and abroad, and on the analysis of the ability structure and the meaning of the study in tourists students, the problems can be mainly summed up as follow: generally the students can't put the theory into practice, they are weak both to practice and to think about it and to put it in use; the main cause is that the teaching system is unreasonable, teaching content and teaching method are outdated, simplistic and can't combine the theory and the practice in the teaching design. The main idea of this essay lies in the exposition on the policy of training the ability of the tourists majors: constructing the Bi-Professional Teachers Rank, analyzing the teaching and co-teaching, a plan to solve the problem can be found; training the students' basical ability, including study ability, thinking ability, analysis ability and the translating ability of the knowledge; as to the training of behaving oneself, emotional education should be added in case teaching from training their self conscious; deeply training students' professional ability should be made through the training of aesthetic judgment, explaining ability, tourists practice and co-creating, independently anglicizing and solving problem, technical ability examining and self control ability. We can thus train excellent students to quickly meet the need of the development of the tourism market economy and make them become tourist's talents in new time.
