Research On The Theoretical Basis Of The Construction Of Wudang Wushu Duan System From The Perspective Of Institutional Culture

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that to carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture,"we should properly handle the relationship between inheritance and creative development,focusing on creative transformation and innovative development," which profoundly revealed the methods to carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture,and also pointed out the direction for the development of Wudang Martial arts.In 2021,the State Council issued the national fitness plan(2021-2025),points out that: adhere to the people as the center,further implement the strategy of "healthy China" and "national fitness" national strategy,development of mass sports,promoting the national fitness,put forward "develop mass sports level standards and assessment system" requirements.This has also clarified the goal for the development of Wudang Martial arts.Wudang martial arts,as a name,of the Chinese martial arts in the traditional martial arts has an important historical position in the history of the development,has the distinct characteristics of Taoist culture in martial art and the combination of health preservation methods,not only has profound traditional culture and martial arts,and exquisite keeping in good health,as a state-level non-material cultural heritage list in 2006.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,Wudang Martial arts has been comprehensively developed,showing a new pattern of "explicit development,comprehensive promotion,comprehensive promotion,innovation and integration".In 2016,the results of wudang Martial arts competition routine "Two fists and one sword" were released,laying a solid foundation for the development of Wudang Martial arts.Based on the above background,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the duan system of Wudang wushu.Its theoretical significance aims to protect and develop Wudang wushu innovatively,promote Wudang wushu to enter the big family of Chinese wushu duan system,and explore the theoretical support of feasibility.Its practical significance lies in speeding up the construction of wudang wushu duan system and implementing the requirements of "the notice" of "formulating the standard and evaluation system of sports level for the public".This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview and logical analysis.Taking the construction of the duan system of Wudang martial arts as the research object,thinking and constructing from the perspective of institutional culture is helpful for us to comprehensively grasp the macroscopic and guide the microscopic practice.The research shows that institutional culture provides "value guidance,overall thinking,implementation mechanism and individual norms" for the construction of The duan system of Wudang wushu.At the same time,based on more than 20 years in the development of Chinese wushu rank in looking back,as well as the construction of wudang wushu rank in the basis of analysis,put forward the wudang martial arts rank in constructing adheres to "guidance" Qu Wu Cun Jing,face reality,culture principle,think the rank in wudang martial arts should be "based on the theory of wushu grade system support,as' two punch a machinery technical action for content originally,The idea of constructing the subject with the connotation of Taoist philosophy as its cultural characteristics ".Finally,it puts forward the practice path of wudang wushu duan system construction,which should implement the government-led development mechanism,consolidate the existing achievements of standardized development,and rely on the scientific team rooted in scientific research.
