With the continuous development of the old-age care industry in China,the public demand for the service quality of the old-age care institutions is higher and higher,and the degree of specialization of institutions is also facing great pressure for many old-age care workers.Nurses should not only improve their specialization to face the assessment of institutions,but also balance their daily work and life and deal with the relationship between individuals and the elderly and their families and colleagues.Nurses must improve their psychological quality and pressure resistance in order to deal with many problems in work and life.Focusing on the many sources of psychological pressure,the author investigates and visits the psychological pressure of nursing staff in Hangzhou A nursing home,and found that nurses had too much psychological pressure to varying degrees.The nurses in the institution did not pay enough attention to their mental health status.In the face of these negative emotions,the nurses mostly used a negative way to alleviate them,but increased their psychological pressure.From the professional perspective of social work,this paper takes emotional behavior therapy as the theoretical basis,takes Hangzhou A nursing home support as an example,through questionnaire survey,psychological scale measurement,individual interviews and social work professional intervention of psychological stress relief group,this paper studies the psychological stress of institutional nurses and finds out the coping methods.The author combines emotional behavior therapy with group work methods to help nurses relieve psychological stress.In the process of group work,it helps the group members to identify and correct their unreasonable beliefs,explore the inner potential of the group members,and guide the group members to establish correct cognitive beliefs;use social work skills such as empathy,role-playing and encouragement to help the group members express their emotions,accept themselves and improve their psychological quality.It can be seen from the results of scale measurement that emotional behavior therapy has achieved certain results in relieving nurses' psychological stress,and the clients begin to realize their own psychological state and changes.And can identify their own unreasonable beliefs,and consciously correct it.Through the correction of unreasonable beliefs,the attitude and behavior of the team members to stress events began to change,which to some extent alleviated the psychological stress of nurses.At present,the theoretical and practical research materials for elderly nurses in China are relatively scarce.This paper mainly uses group working methods to help nurses how to correctly relieve their psychological stress.Combining rational behavior therapy with group working methods,it opens up the service field of social work and innovates the practical exploration and research results of social work in the field of old-age care.
