Analysis Of Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Neighborhood Relationship Remodeling From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Taking the Z community as an example,this article conducts a survey on the neighborhood relationship of the Z community through unstructured interviews and questionnaires.Low neighborhood trust relationship;Neighborhood interaction norms need to be rebuilt;Single neighborhood interaction network under multiple social relationship networks.Therefore,the main purpose of this article is to use the group work method from the perspective of social capital theory to explore the way for social workers to intervene in the reshaping of urban community neighborhood relations.In order to solve the problem of weakening the neighbor relationship,we should start from the following three aspects.First,according to the distribution of community resources and the views of community residents on the relationship between neighbors,visual data is formed,and a large number of research results on the relationship between neighbors are collected and analyzed in combination with the relationship between neighbors in the Z community;secondly,group work is carried out in the community to create more opportunities for the neighborhood interaction opportunities and communication platform have enabled the residents of the community to realize a series of transitions from unfamiliar to knowledge,from recognition to familiarity,using the results obtained in group activities to move into lines and turn surfaces with lines to form a friendly atmosphere between neighborhoods in the community,actively mobilize the resources available in the community to achieve the preset goals;finally,strengthen the results achieved in the early stage,carry out dynamic publicity of the concept of "community as one family",and promote the interaction and communication of residents in the community.Create a harmonious and friendly community-neighbor relationship,break the indifference of the neighborhood relationship,strengthen the norms of community-neighbor communication,and consciously maintain the community-neighborhood relationship.This study draws the following conclusions: trust,norms,and relationship networks are important factors that affect neighborhood relationships.Establishing trust neighborhood relationships is conducive to the formation of neighborhood communication norms and promotes the establishment of neighborhood social support networks.Specifically:(1)Cultivate the founders of the community and build a bridge for neighborhood communication.Building trust requires a certain medium,and a good communication mechanism can better understand the needs of residents.(2)Refine the community culture and unite the community's centripetal force.Consensus is an indispensable condition for establishing norms,and norms are imperceptible in the community culture.(3)Taking activities as the carrier and promoting participation through negotiation.With residents participating in the construction of the relationship network,activities are the carrier to realize the construction of the relationship network.(4)Incubate diverse resident associations and stimulate the vitality of community construction.The maintenance and development of neighbor relationship needs to achieve sustainable development by fully mobilizing resources inside and outside the community.
