With the deepening of the reform and the establishment of a full market economy,labor conflicts have become increasingly prominent. Corporate social work is a new topicof research in social work practice, using professional methods of social work in theenterprise to service employees plays an important role in coordinating internal staffrelations, in order to promote common progress of enterprises and employees.The author conducted a6months practice survey in a company in Changzhou, andfound that the enterprise exist a series of problems in terms of labor relations. For example,new staff adaptability problems, employee’s work pressure, employee’s cohesion,enterprise’s awareness to employees, the problems of communication between enterprisesand employees, the way enterprises used to solve the contradiction of labor relations and soon. Based on the theory of ecological system and the theory of group dynamics, this papertry to use professional skills and methods of social work, in order to improve enterpriselabor relations. And as a social worker, try to play the role of supporter, organizer, promoter,mediator and coordinator, building a better communication platform for employers andemployees. At the same time, this paper puts forward some suggestions in improvingenterprise labor relations under the perspective of social work.
