In the post-epidemic era, employment opportunities in the economic downturn have contracted, the number of college graduates has increased year by year, and the employment situation is grim.Because of the pressure of peer competition, the lack of optimistic employment prospects, the lack of self-confidence in job hunting, and the imperfect social support, the employment anxiety of college graduates has gradually strengthened and become a problem that cannot be ignored.Scholars mostly use group counseling, group work, and case work to carry out intervention work, and the theoretical selection is mainly based on the dominant perspective and ABC theory, and there are fewer studies in this field that intervene from social support theory. In this study,a survey of employment anxiety causes was conducted using the maturity scale "College Students Employment Anxiety Questionnaire"(EAQ),and a simple random sample of 151 graduates of College A was found to show that lack of social support was one of the causes of employment anxiety.According to the theory of social support,a practical model of group work to alleviate the employment anxiety of college students is constructed. The model is divided into four phases: estimation(needs assessment)-preparation(data pre-testing,planning,risk assessment)-intervention(increasing the use of social support)-closure(process evaluation, effect evaluation, effect tracking).Follow-up practices will be carried out to verify whether the model is feasible and effective. The non-parameter tests of anxiety levels and social support levels of the group members before and after the group work intervention were carried out,and the p-value was less than 0.05,indicating that the employment anxiety level of the 8group members after the group intervention decreased significantly, and the utilization of social support increased significantly.Practice confirms that the model constructed by the author is feasible and effective in alleviating the employment anxiety of univer sity graduates.Based on the analysis of the study of the practical process, the study can conclude that, first, this model is feasible and effective in alleviating the employment anxiety of college graduates.Second, online groups are adapted to this model.Practical suggestions are as follows: First,by constructing a situation of acceptance and inclusion provided by peer support of college graduates, individuals in employment a nxiety can temporarily leave the situation of competitive pressure and provide companion support and emotional support in the new situation.Second, when the nature of the group is a support group, the group members are college students and other groups with a certain level of education, and listening and talking are the main group content, you can choose the online mode. The reflection is as follows: First, the sample size is small, and whether it can be used as a data basis for promoting the model needs further verification.Second, whether the online group can have a feasible practical process in other areas requires a feasibility analysis.Third, how to improve the intervention model to ensure the durability and effectiveness of effect tracking.
