Accompanied by social and economic transformation, China’s employment situation is worsing, the coexistence of the total imbalances unemployment and structural unemployment. Different from the situation of the employment policies of the past, Chinese college students, since1999the beging of higer education enrollment of a certain size, the Chinese education from elite education to mass education.So that multiple background, graduate employment issues are prominent.At present, domestic and forign scholars on the Employment of College Students, multi-angle, mult-level resrarch.However, these studies are for number of jobs to study the impact of factors, to provide relevant policy recommendations, and rarely involves the employment of university graduates revenue problem. Past two years, the basic"ant", Students of migrant workers, low-income settlements groups became a synonym of the modern university graduates, university graduates employment income can not be ignored. Students, mastery of advanced technology as the most active factor of the three factors of production, is representative of the advanced productive forces, the ultimate decisive force of social development. As Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out:college students are a valuable resource of the country, is the hope of the nation, is the future of our country. Solve the employment of college graduates income gap, narrow the income gap of employment of college graduates, so that control in a reasonable range, not only helps to build a harmonious socialist society, but also in line with the "12th Five-Year Plan" to protect and improve the guiding ideology of the people’s livelihood.This study to measure the degree of income disparity of the study area employment of college graduates, the analysis of employment of college graduates income levels determinants and factors contribution the income gap between the, employment of college graduates as the ultimate goal in the summary of previous research literature. Summary analysis of previous relevant research literature on the basis, in accordance with relevant theory, combined with statistics and survey data, combined with the statistics and survey data, the use of descriptive statistical analysis method and quantitative analysis method to expand the research, the main contents include the following five parts:First, based on income distribution and social equity theory, wage theory and social capital theoty, a theoretical analysis and research on the causes of the income gap in employment of college graduates from the macro-and micro point of view. Second,preparation of the questionnaire, the use of online surveys, field investigation and interviews with the combination of the way the questionnaire;descriptive statistical analysis of survey data on the basis of the income gap. Third, based on education level, gender identity, family background and personal social network depth and breadth to measure the income gap and its distribution, and further decompose and measure the factors affecting the income gap. Forth, to build the semi-logarithmic income the decision model, based on estimated income determinants of the employment of college graduates, and Shapley value of income gap decomposition method to get the various factors on this basis the interpretation of the degree. Fifth, draw conclusions and to narrow the employment of university graduates the income gap between the relevant policy recommendations.Fifth to draw conlusions on the basis of the analysis of influencing factors on the employment of college graduates income gap, the main conclusions are:analysis based on five categories of factors affect the employment of college graduates income on the addition to background characteristics,personal network of social relations characterized by another key factor in the formation of the income gap.(2)background characteristics is the key factor in causing the income gap in employment of college graduates, including the nature of the duties is the primary factor lead to employment of college graduates income gap. The nature of the duties often represent an ability to work is an important manifestation of individual ability.(3)gender identity is caused by the employment of siscollege graduates a factor in the income gap.(4)the degree level of importances as one of the most important factors to reflect the human capical variables, it is a single factor contribution to12%-13%. The nature of institutions is another important factor causing the income gap in employment of college graduates.In general, the average income of the key university graduates is higher than other types of school graduates.(5)family background characteristics are also important factors particularly affectes, indicating that severe urban-rural income disparities nor only in the parents between rural collge graduates of higher education is no exception,the intergenerational teansmission of the gap is still going on.Different subjects for university graduates,government and university on the basis of the conclusions of the study proposed to rationalize the income gap of employment of college gradrates related policy proposals, there are:(1)to strengthen their capacity building, to improve their human capital level;(2)establish and simprove the labor market system,promote social fairness and justice;(3)market-oriented changes in personnel training mode.
