Minors are the core of the family, the focus of social attention and the future of national development. As a special member of this group, delinquent minors hope to return to the community and start a normal social life again, but on the other hand, they face difficulties in returning to society,so they are often in a state of dilemma and at a loss. The lack of understanding from family members, the dislike of friends, the difficulty of schooling, the disdain of neighbors, the lack of social acceptance, and the difficulty of re-socialization all exert great pressure on the lives of delinquent minors. Therefore, with the support and assistance of the social support system,it is crucial to expand and utilize social resources and establish a social network for delinquent minors. The social return of delinquent minors is a problem that we should pay attention to and study in depth to solve, and proposing an effective and feasible path to help the social return of delinquent minors is crucial and urgent to reduce the rate of repeated crimes and promote social harmony.Based on the social support theory, this paper takes six typical cases of guilty minors as the statistical analysis object, uses qualitative comparison(QCA)and non-interference comparative research methods, carries out configuration thinking and clear set qualitative comparative analysis, deeply analyzes the single and combined factors affecting the return of guilty minors to society, and discusses the multiple concurrent paths and conditional relationship of guilty minors to return to society. The study found that,on the one hand,it is difficult to complete the process of returning to society when the wrong minors have traumatic events that cannot be resolved by themselves and lack social support from peers, schools, communities and other subjects; On the other hand,it is also difficult to successfully return to society when the families of guilty minors have problems such as lack of function, wrong upbringing and lack of social support. Therefore, this study puts forward the social return path of guilty minors with "emotional support of traumatic event experience" and "tool support of family function weakening",as well as the countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects: early trauma intervention, improving self-efficacy,optimizing family environment, building social network and improving professional level.
