Research On The Case Assistance And Education Of Minors Involved In Crimes From The Perspective Of Social Support Theory

The subjective viciousness and bad plot of juvenile delinquency are generally much lower than that of adults.Therefore,the state advocates the principle of "education,probation and rescue" to help minors involved in crimes.Because minors are in an unstable stage of physical and mental development,it is difficult to correct bad behaviors and help and teach only by judicial organs.Under the guidance of professional theory,judicial social workers can scientifically apply corrective techniques and methods,link effective resources,cooperate with judicial organs to intervene in the work of helping and educating minors,improve the effect of helping and educating minors,and promote the smooth return of minors to society and avoid recidivism.Guided by the theory of social support,this paper uses the case work method to intervene in the help and education of juvenile Xiao Wu.First,social workers make a social survey on the students to clarify their problems and needs.Secondly,they formulate and implement the students' plans from the personal,peer,family and social levels.Then,according to the goals of the students' plans,they conduct follow-up visits and comprehensive evaluation.The test and evaluation results show that the students' legal knowledge has improved,their personal cognition and career development are clearer,they are closer to their parents,and they are effectively supported by their families.Finally,social workers reflect professionally according to the practical process of helping and teaching.First,they reflect on their practical ability: social workers are not skilled enough in applying professional theories,their practical ability needs to be strengthened,and how to balance the confidentiality principle with "de-tagging";Second,the reflection on juvenile judicial social work: including insufficient social support,incomplete intervention stage of social workers,imperfect education system for minors,and insufficient ability of judicial social workers;Third,personal reflection suggestions: including perfecting the social support system for minors involved in crimes,perfecting the system of assistance and education for minors involved in crimes,establishing a professional team of judicial social workers,and paying attention to the critical prevention of minors.
