Research On The Participate Of Sports Social Organizations In The Sports Governance In Urban Communities In Jinan City

The way of public sports governance in China has undergone a transformation from a single to a pluralistic and coordinated governance of the government,sports social organizations and residents.At present,there are many problems in the participation of sports social organizations in urban community sports governance.Therefore,how to make sports social organizations more effectively participate in the collaborative governance of society,assume the responsibility of sports social organizations,and improve the modernization and coordination of sports governance is particularly important.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to study the current situation of sports social organizations participating in urban community sports governance in Jinan,analyze the existing dilemmas,and propose governance countermeasures in order to improve the level of governance.The results show:(1)The composition of sports social organizations in Jinan is mainly based on single project associations,and there is an uneven development of various districts and counties;The construction of rules and regulations of sports social organizations in Jinan has not received enough attention,and only a few organizations strictly implement the charter and regulations;The main source of funding for the organization is from the government or street subsidies,and most of the organization's funds are spent on the organization of activities and labor costs.(2)Jinan sports social organizations participate in community sports governance in the form of open community gyms;Jinan Sports Social Organization provides targeted fitness guidance services for residents;Jinan Sports Social Organization organizes sports activities within the community to meet the diverse sports needs of residents;Sports social organizations in Jinan participate in governance in the form of soliciting residents' opinions,participating in relevant policy formulation,and conveying policy information to residents.(3)When participating in sports,residents of Jinan City have a general or higher level of satisfaction with the venue facilities,activity organization level and activity quality provided by sports social organizations.(4)There is a positive correlation between the participation of sports social organizations in Jinan City in the level of fitness guidance in community sports governance,fitness information publicity and residents' acceptance of exercise guidance;There is a positive correlation between the fairness and fairness of the sports activities,the attractiveness and interest,the quantity and the variety;There is a weak positive correlation between the participation of sports social organizations in community sports governance and the satisfaction of venue facilities;There is a moderately strong positive correlation between residents' participation in community sports governance and physical exercise guidance.(5)The internal dilemma of Jinan sports social organizations participating in community sports governance is the lack of funds,venue equipment and professional talents,and the lack of their own sustainable and independent development capabilities;External dilemmas have the problem that the limitations of government management limit the development of sports social organizations and the lack of enthusiasm of residents to participate in sports governance.(6)This study proposes countermeasures for Jinan sports social organizations to participate in urban community sports governance from three aspects: improving the mechanism guarantee for the participation of sports social organizations in Jinan,enhancing the autonomy of sports social organizations,and innovating the participation and governance methods of sports social organizations in Jinan.
