As an important link in urban-rural integration,urban-rural logistics plays an important role in promoting urban-rural integrated development.In recent years,documents such as《Urban and Rural Distribution Performance Evaluation Index System》(2018)and《Notice on Further Implementation of the Special Action Plan for Efficient Urban and Rural Distribution》(2019)have been issued,providing a direction for the development of the integration of urban and rural logistics.However,the serious dual structure of urban and rural areas in China has led to the prominent dualization of urban and rural logistics for a long time.But for a long time,the serious dual structure of urban and rural areas in China has led to the prominent dualization of urban and rural logistics.There are serious differences between urban and rural areas in logistics infrastructure,logistics subjects,logistics needs,etc.,which makes the traditional logistics model not suitable for the development of urban and rural logistics integration,and it is necessary to actively explore new logistics models.At present,most researches focus on green,low-carbon and reverse logistics of urban,lack of research on urban and rural logistics from the perspective of ecology.Therefore,this article put forward the urban-rural integrated logistics service ecological network model,through the reasonable layout of logistics node between urban and rural,integration of logistics resources between urban and rural,the use of advanced logistics technology,combined with the comprehensive information platform and e-commerce platform,not only can realize two-way flow of logistics between urban and rural to improve logistics efficiency,and can reduce logistics cost and environmental pollution,achieve the goal of ecological logistics.Based on the relevant theories of urban-rural logistics integration,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics,conceptual model and construction process of the urban-rural integrated logistics service ecological network,measures the construction degree of urban-rural integration logistics service ecological network,and conducts an empirical study with examples,and obtains the following research results:(1)Combing the existing literature on the urban-rural logistics integration,in-depth understanding of the current situation of the urban-rural logistics integration.Through the comparative analysis of the traditional logistics mode and the new mode of the urban-rural integrated logistics service ecological network,the characteristics and components of the new mode are summarized.(2)Construct the urban-rural integrated logistics service ecological network of the three-level structure of "county-village-village",and summarize the functions of each level node;At the same time,the construction process of urban-rural integrated logistics service ecological network is analyzed in detail from the three aspects of logistics service operation layer network,logistics service information layer network and logistics service infrastructure layer network,that is,summarize the types of operation modes in the logistics service operation layer,study the spatial form of the information platform in the logistics service information layer,and plan the nodes and transportation lines in the infrastructure layer.(3)Based on the content of the urban-rural integration logistics service ecological network,this paper selects indicators to measure the construction degree of the urban-rural integration logistics service ecological network.By referring to existing literatures,index equivalence transformation is carried out to analyze the integration level of urban and rural logistics.(4)This paper takes Changling county as the object of empirical study.Firstly,select nodes according to the field survey to construct the urban-rural integration logistics service ecological network of the three-level structure of "county-village-village" in Changling county.Then,the construction degree of the urban-rural integrated logistics service ecological network in Changling county was measured by using the complex network analysis method.Then,the construction degree of the urban-rural integrated logistics service ecological network in Changling county was measured by using the complex network analysis method,and solved by using UCINET and MATLAB software.Finally,according to the measurement results,the integration level of urban and rural logistics in Changling county is analyzed,and the optimization countermeasures are put forward.The urban-rural integrated logistics service ecological network model proposed in this paper is of certain significance for solving the separation of urban logistics and rural logistics,realizing the effective connection of logistics,reducing the waste of resources and environmental pollution,realizing the value co-creation.
