In recent years,China’s logistics industry has developed rapidly, and its basic, strategic and leading role in the national economy has been obviously enhanced.Under the integration of urban and rural areas, all kinds of market subjects are extremely active, which has played a great role in promoting commodity circulation, ensuring residents’ consumption and Promoting rural development. However,at the same time, the problems of development such as imperfect logistics distribution network, insufficient sharing of facilities and low level of integrated operation are still not effectively solved. To this end,the relevant departments of the state decided to jointly organize an urban and rural high-efficiency distribution pilot project with urban as the carrier, which will be of great significance to facilitate the consumption of residents, promote consumption upgrading, smooth urban and rural two-way circulation, and promote the development of the real economy.According to the relevant requirements of China’s urban and rural efficient distribution network construction at this stage, taking Yantai City as an example, this paper studies the layout of urban and rural efficient distribution network.First of all,the paper briefly introduces the three-level network capital construction of urban and rural distribution in Yantai, and analyzes the problems existing in the layout of the first and second-level network.Aiming at the research contents, the basic principles and methods of determining the size and quantity of urban logistics nodes are introduced in detail.Secondly,in view of the unreasonable layout of the existing first and second-level distribution network nodes in Yantai City.it is proposed to appropriately increase the number of nodes to balance the distribution needs of each region. In order to ensure the rationality of node selection, the evaluation index system of first and second level nodes is established, and relevant experts are hired to use AHP to determine the index weight.According to the actual situation, four first-level alternatives and eight second-level alternatives were selected respectively.Considering the particularity of index selection at all levels, the final weight obtained by combining expert opinion with AHP method is more reliable and reasonable. Finally,an integer programming formulation is established to optimize the layout of the primary and secondary distribution networks in Yantai.Taking the number of nodes, service radius and task amount as constraints, considering whether the original node can be discarded, and solve the minimum distribution distance of the first and second-level networks, choosing the scheme to minimize the total distance of distribution, and comparing and analyzing the results before and after optimization. Finally,it is concluded that the total distance of the first and second-level network distribution under the original node scheme that can be discarded is the smallest, being 379.40 km and 2079.22 km respectively. The total distance has been shortened by 259.10 km and 3784.90 km,respectively. At the same time, the optimized distribution network is more reasonably balanced in terms of node layout, service distance and task quantity.
