| Objective: To investigate the levels of physical activity, emotion, family function and drug caving of female drug addicts in China, explore the relationship of physical activity emotion, family function and drug caving, clear the effects of different levels of physical activity on emotion, family function and drug craving, and provide the theoretical basis for guiding drug rehabilitation. Methods: International Physical Activity Questionnaire-short form(IPAQ-S),Family Assessment Device(FAD),Obsessive Compulsive Drug Use Scale(OCDUS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-rating depression Scale(SDS)were used for investigate 120 female drug addicts in the women compulsory isolation rehabilitation center in Henan from March 2021 to September 2021.Data were analyzed using T-test,Chi-square test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson product-moment correlation, process program, and multiple linear stepwise regression. Results: 1.The scores of SAS and SDS in female drug addicts were significantly higher than domestic norm(P<0.01).The total scores and some subscale scores of FAD,OCDUS of the anxiety group were significantly higher than those of the non-anxiety group(P<0.05),total and moderate physical activity of the anxiety group were significantly lower than those of the non-anxiety group(P<0.05).The total scores and some subscale scores of FAD and OCDUS of the depression group were significantly higher than those of the non-depression group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the total scores and some subscale scores of FAD among different ages of first drug use and different mothers’ living conditions(P<0.05).There were significant differences in total scores and some subscale scores of OCDUS among different occupation and frequency of drug use in the past(P<0.05).2.The scores of SAS and SDS were positively correlated with the total score and some subscale scores of FAD and OCDUS(r=0.185~0.369,P<0.05).The total scores and some subscale scores of FAD of female drug addicts were positively correlated with the total scores and some subscale scores of OCDUS(r=0.186~0.295,P<0.05).3.OCDUS was predicted by FAD and SAS positively.Anxiety and depression had a partial mediator between FAD and OCDUS.4.There were significant differences in the number of drug rehabilitation times among different levels of physical activity(P<0.05).The moderate intensity physical activity and total physical activity were negatively correlated with the number of drug rehabilitation times(r=-0.194,r=-0.185,P<0.05).There were significantly differences in total score and some subscale scores of OCDUS and SAS among female drug addicts with different levels of physical activity(P<0.05).The moderate intensity physical activity were negatively correlated with the total score and some subscale scores of OCDUS(r=-0.211~-0.326,P<0.05).The total physical activity were negatively correlated with the total scores and some subscale scores of OCDUS(r=-0.255~-0.297,P<0.01).Moderate intensity physical activity negatively predicted the total score of OCDUS(β=-0.326,P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.The emotional state of female drug addicts was worse, the family function of female drug addicts with anxiety and depression symptoms was worse, the level of drug craving was higher, and the level of physical activity of female drug addicts with anxiety symptoms was lower.First drug use under the age of 18 and death of mother were the important factors affecting the family function of female drug addicts, while unemployment and daily drug use were the important factors affecting the drug craving level of female drug addicts.2.Family function can directly affect drug craving, and it can indirectly affect drug craving through anxiety and depression.3.The level of drug craving and anxiety of female drug addicts with high level of physical activity was lower.4.The moderate intensity physical activity could affect the level of drug craving. |
