management plays a more and more important role in improving tourism service quality and management level.The rapid development of geographic information system and big-data techniques has provided technical support for the tourism industry in terms of improvement of tourist experience,comprehensive affairs management and industrial upgrading.Tourism information management system is developing towards comprehensive management,which relies more on network resources in the construction and implementation.Further improving the design of tourism information collection system and building a more comprehensive tourism information management system will help to enrich the design scheme of tourism information management and deepen the application and research of tourism information.The Shaolin Temple is a world-famous holy land of “Kungfu tourism”.Under the background of“Internet +” and big data era,it is essential to build a tourism information management system based on Gls and big data technology.Based on Gls and big data technology,this study combines spatial data with attribute data,and develops a comprehensive tourism information management system integrating the basic functions of Gls,basic information management of scenic spots,operation information management,public opinion analysis and management,big data statistics and environmental capacity analysis,which realizes the spatial analysis and query of geographic information,the query and visual analysis and management of attribute information,It promotes the tourism information construction of the Shaolin Temple,provides a digital management platform for the management and protection of tourism resources,the daily operation and maintenance of the scenic spot,the monitoring of public opinion,and the healthy development of commercial operation,and provides a convenient information interactive query platform for users to understand Shaolin culture.The main research work is as follows:First,starting with the scope and content of Shaolin temple tourism information,using Gls technology,big data technology and multimedia technology,application AE component,finebi5.1 big data analysis tools,etc,we develop the tourism information management system and functional modules in the C# environment,so as to meet the needs of users with different identities.Second,explain the work content of data collection from the three processes of internal information input,hardware equipment collection and external information collection,process and store spatial data and attribute data respectively,and determine the specific system development workflow.Third,Combined with the case study,the scenery area of Shaolin Temple,the big data statistical system is designed as the fonds data,tourism big data and cultural data.The fonds data(basic information of Zen lineage and abbots in Shaolin Temple)and Shaolin Temple cultural data are the management and display of archival literature information.In the tourism big data statistics,the management of tourist information,public opinion information and scenic spot infrastructure information is realized through web crawler technology and visual analysis.Through technical analysis such as comparing historical data,counting the number of tourists and tourist behavior portraits,it is conducive to the management of tourists capacity and can provide data support for the precise marketing of scenic spots;by obtaining public opinion keywords,designing public opinion handling schemes,collecting tourists’ complaints,visual analysis of public opinion data and public opinion early warning functions,the management of public opinion information is realized,which is helpful to better deal with tourists’ complaints and deal with and dredge public opinion;through the functions of water and electricity management,fire safety management and electronic patrol management,the statistics and management of the infrastructure information of the scenic spot can effectively assist the scenic spot managers to master the daily operation of the scenic spot and assist in the maintenance of the infrastructure of the scenic spot.Fourthly,aiming at the functions of basic information management and environmental capacity analysis of scenic spots,through the geographic data conversion and spatial analysis of GIS,the query function of the spatial distribution of scenic spot introduction,scenic spot signs and the maximum carrying capacity is developed,and the graphical and visual query and analysis of tourism resource information is realized;through the program language,the instantaneous carrying capacity,daily carrying capacity,psychological carrying capacity and ecological carrying capacity of the scenic spot are calculated.At the same time,through the design of data storage and the management of resource objects,the management of pictures,images,texts,documents and other resources is realized;in the management function of scenic spot operation information,the addition and deletion of operation information and feedback information are realized,which helps to provide auxiliary decision support for the management and
