The beauty of city lies in civilization and details.As the embodiment of urban management details,public toilets play an important role in the process of urban operation and development.Generally,there are many problems in public toilets,such as insufficient supply,unbalanced distribution and inadequate management,which are not only areas of weakness in people's livelihood services,but also the weak links of smart city construction.The solution to the problem of public toilets is not only related to the shaping of the city image,but also related to the improvement of people's living environment,and more related to the progress of social civilization.The premise and foundation of solving these problems is to do a good job of rationality and dynamic supervision of the layout of public toilets resources.By using the GIS spatial analysis technology,this paper analyzes the spatial distribution of public toilets in the central area of Kunming City from the aspects of visualization of public toilet spatial distribution,spatial coupling of population and public toilets,supply of public toilets in popular attractions and transportation hubs.Through research,it is found that the public toilets are unevenly distributed and cannot meet public needs in areas of popular attractions and transportation hubs.Regarding the problems in the spatial layout of public toilets in Kunming,a multi-criteria decision analysis model based on GIS is used to optimize the spatial layout of public toilet resources,and proposals for building new public toilets,adjusting existing public toilets,and establishing a dynamic monitoring system for public toilets in Kunming are proposed.By combining the trend of the vigorous promotion of national smart cities and the comprehensive promotion of the construction of urban geographic information systems in the era of Industry 4.0,this article made in-depth analysis on the current status and needs of public toilet management in Kunming.In view of the problems of cumbersome supervision procedures,untimely problem reporting,single management form,and poor data visualization in the actual investigation of public toilet management,we carried out a research on the public toilet dynamic supervision system based on WebGIS,integrated public toilet information resources,designed and established a system database.By adopting the B/S mode,building an SSH framework,calling front-end development technologies such as HTML,CSS,JavaScript,and so on,using Ajax,ArcGIS Server,ArcGIS API for JavaScrip and other WebGIS key technologies,designing and realizing a dynamic monitoring system for public toilets in Kunming with Javascript,Java,C # as the development language,the system makes dynamic supervision functions such as user management,announcement notification,supervision and management,display query,and statistical analysis a reality.From the above research,this paper has provided GIS technical support for the layout and management of public toilets in Kunming,and realized the optimized layout and digital dynamic regulation of public toilets in Kunming.The results are of great significance to strengthen the exchange of information resources among the regulatory departments of public toilets and promote the construction of intelligent urban management in Kunming.
