In order to safeguard my country’s marine security sovereignty and marine economy rights,my country has identified the deep sea as one of the four major strategies in my country.To enter the deep sea,the research and development and system construction of the deep sea must be first.To this end,my country is vigorously developing underwater unmanned combat equipment.Due to the particularity of the underwater environment,it is difficult to facilitate the convenience of underwater equipment and obtain energy supply independently,which seriously affects the operating radius and service life of unmanned equipment underwater.Aiming at the problem of limited energy storage of underwater unmanned equipment and difficult energy supply energy,how to use seafire on the spot can be used as a key issue for whether the underwater unmanned equipment can continue to work.This article is mainly to think that the eel-type wave flow combined power generation devices that are not equipped under the water underwater are designed to design a hydraulic PTO system that is suitable for the power generation device.Through the simulation simulation and combined experiment,the hydraulic PTO system is studied.Feasibility and output response,and predict whether the eel power installation will meet the energy supply requirements for power supply for unmanned equipment underwater unmanned equipment after using the hydraulic PTO system.In response to the problem of limited energy storage of unmanned equipment underwater,and difficult to provide independent energy supply,an eel-shaped waves combined power generation device that is suitable for the underwater unmanned equipment at the same time is suitable for the wave and the current environment.In this part,the overall structure style of the eel wave flow combined power generation device is designed,combined with the device structure and basic theory,illustrate the working principle of the device.And the working principle of the eel power generation device is designed to design the principle diagram of the hydraulic PTO system that is compatible,which combines the basic theory to illustrate the operation method and working principle of the hydraulic system.For the power supply demand for eel power generation devices to underwater unmanned equipment,the parameter calculation of the hydraulic components of the hydraulic PTO system is calculated to complete the parameter design of the hydraulic PTO system.Use AMESIM software to model the hydraulic PTO and simulate simulation.Compared with the output response of the hydraulic system under different conditions of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic system is stable and feasible.The best pre-charging pressure on the storage device can support subsequent experiments.Design and build an eel power generation device hydraulic PTO system physical experimental table frame to verify the actual operating effect and output power of the hydraulic PTO system.By testing the output response and power generation power of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic system is stable,and the stable speed is extremely fast,and the capacity of the storage capacity is obvious.The single cylinder of eel power generation device can be stable at more than 100 W in the case of 1.5m/s.The results of the above experimental tests are consistent with the simulation results.The method of combining simulation and experiments can be used as a hydraulic PTO system of a maritime prototype to use 2 to 3 hydraulic cylinders,which can fully meet the 100 W power supply demand of unmanned equipment underwater.
