| With the development and maturity of 3D laser scanning technology,it quickly becomes an important technical means to obtain spatial data.With the national emphasis and support on the application of digital technology in construction enterprises,the application of 3D laser scanning technology in construction enterprises is gradually increasing.Many construction enterprises have begun to pay attention to the application and role of 3D laser scanning technology.However,the standards for measuring the depth and breadth of the application of 3D laser scanning technology in construction projects are not perfect at present,and there is no evaluation system for the maturity of the construction application of 3D laser scanning technology with universal reference significance.In this context,the research on the application maturity of 3D laser scanning technology in the construction stage is particularly important.The main research contents of this thesis include:(1)Through consulting domestic and foreign literature,the background,purpose and significance of the topic are systematically introduced,and the research status of3 D laser scanning technology at home and abroad is combed.On the basis of understanding and mastering the existing research perspectives and methods,the research focus and content of this thesis are proposed.Then it defines the relevant core concepts involved in this article and expounds the theoretical support of this article.(2)The scene of 3D laser scanning technology application in project construction is analyzed.The application status of 3D laser scanning technology in the project construction stage is described.The application process of 3D laser scanning technology mainly includes planning,field data collection,office data processing,etc.(3)Establish the application maturity model of 3D laser scanning technology in the construction stage.A two-dimensional five level maturity evaluation grade is established.One dimension is maturity grade,which is divided into primary stage,application stage,quasi standard stage,standard stage and highly mature stage;The second dimension is the evaluation index system.Based on the evaluation index elements,it is divided into four aspects: technology,organization,economy and environment.According to the application characteristics of 3D laser scanning technology,an initial indicator set for maturity evaluation of 3D laser scanning technology is constructed.The first level indicator factors are technical,organizational,economic and environmental factors,and the second level indicator factors are 22 in total.(4)In the case analysis,the maturity level of 3D laser scanning application in the construction process of Xuzhou A Hotel is evaluated.This thesis expounds the application process of 3D laser scanning technology in hotel construction from the aspects of project construction preparation,field data collection and office data processing.Based on the application maturity evaluation model of 3D laser scanning technology,the application maturity of this technology is evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and matter-element correlation method.Generally,the application maturity level of this technology is in the primary stage.Based on the above analysis,this thesis proposes strategies and suggestions to improve the application of 3D laser scanning technology in engineering construction,including new ideas such as improving relevant technical application standards and guidelines,improving the application ability of data processing software,training scanning technology professionals,and accelerating the localization of application software.It is helpful to improve and supplement the theory of maturity evaluation of current 3D laser scanning technology application;It is helpful to strengthen the actual scene of 3D laser scanning technology application in construction enterprises,and expand the potential application demand of this technology in the construction stage.There are 57 pictures,40 tables and 98 references in this thesis. |
