With the rapid development of my country’s society and economy,the gradual increase in per capita output value,and the continuous achievement of significant development achievements,the extensive management has also led to the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment and gradually began to restrict social and economic development.Therefore,following the path of ecological civilization construction that maintains the safety of the ecological environment,satisfies the people’s quality of life,and maintains healthy and sustainable development is the key to continuing to promote social and economic development in the future.One of the cores of the construction of ecological civilization is to scientifically delineate and strictly observe the red line of ecological protection.Under the premise of scientific planning,the important areas that really concern the country ’ s ecological security are integrated into the control of the red line.This is the prerequisite for building a good ecological environment.And foundation.At present,the research on the red line of ecological protection in our country often focuses on the delineation of the red line of ecological protection,and the research on the quality of the result data is less involved.In 2017,due to the lack of corresponding quality control measures for the first delineated ecological protection red line achievement,quality problems such as false delineation and border conflicts were widespread,and its functions could not be fully utilized.In order to avoid the recurrence of data quality problems in the new round of delineated results and affect the use of the results,this article will evaluate the adjusted results data quality as the research object,analyze the relevant elements that affect the data quality,and summarize the data quality inspection rules.The research content and results include:(1)To study and analyze the policies,regulations and technical data for adjusting the ecological protection red line in this assessment,and at the same time compare the case data,summarize and summarize the data specification requirements from the three aspects of mathematical foundation,element classification and database structure definition,as well as from the completeness of the data.Study and formulate the content of quality inspection at three levels of sex,content standardization and logical consistency,and transform it into corresponding quality inspection rules.(2)According to the quality inspection rules,the ecological protection red line data quality inspection system was first designed from the inspection process,system structure and functions,and then implemented based on the Arc GIS Engine platform using component development technology to complete the loading and integration of data,Quality inspection,result view and export.(3)The evaluation and adjustment results of Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province were used as example data to verify the ecological protection red line data quality inspection system.The efficiency and accuracy of the inspection were compared with the traditional manual inspection.The results showed that the system It has obvious advantages and is more suitable for future work production.This research work has effectively improved the accuracy and efficiency of the ecological protection red line data quality inspection work,and has certain practical significance for improving the ecological protection red line data quality.
