| As an important part of China’s logistics industry,railway logistics has the advantages of large transport capacity per vehicle,low cost,high stability and low pollutant emissions,and plays an important role in the development of the national economy.In the context of China’s current policy of actively promoting the optimisation and adjustment of the transport structure and the transfer of bulk cargo transport from public to rail,the demand for railway transport will increase significantly.Beijing,as the capital of China,has the largest railway hub in the country and has sufficient capacity for mainline railways.However,from the relevant statistical data,Beijing’s railway arrivals and departures have been at a relatively low level,and the upward trend is relatively slow,making it difficult to meet the future demand for railway logistics in Beijing.The main reasons for this are the scattered layout of the railway freight stations and the lack of equipment and facilities in the freight stations,which have led to low logistics efficiency in the railway freight stations in Beijing,thus affecting the overall railway logistics efficiency in the region.Therefore,railway freight stations need to be optimised and upgraded to become railway logistics centres that meet future market demand.Based on the current situation of railway logistics in Beijing,the thesis predicts the future demand for railway logistics in this area.Combined with the development plan of Beijing,the design selects two railway freight stations in this area to be upgraded and rebuilt as railway logistics centers.This study takes the site selection of railway logistics center as the research object,establishes the index system of railway logistics center site selection and the evaluation model composed of three-stage DEA model and Malmquist index model.According to the index selection principle of the three-stage DEA model,combined with the relevant research results of railway logistics efficiency evaluation,the site selection index was preliminarily screened,and it was divided into environmental index,input index and output index according to its nature.Then,by visiting relevant experts,use the expert scoring method to evaluate the weights of the relevant indicators initially obtained,and remove the indicators with extremely low weights based on the evaluation results,and finally obtain the indicators as components of the final indicator system.According to various indicators,the threestage DEA model is used to calculate and evaluate the initial logistics efficiency of the freight station after preliminary screening and the logistics efficiency after removing the influence of environmental variables.At the same time,the Malmquist index model is used to dynamically evaluate and analyze the railway logistics efficiency of these candidate railway freight stations in recent years.Combining the results of the two models,Dahongmen Station and Shunyi Station are selected as the location of the Beijing regional railway logistics center,and suggestions are made for the positioning and development direction of these two railway freight stations to become a regional comprehensive railway logistics center in the future. |
