| With the progress of agricultural machinery technology and the improvement of people’s living standard,the production demand and market of farm tractor fender are gradually revealed.However,it is inevitable to wrinkle,rebound and even crack in the process of bending and stamping of farm tractor fender.This problem always affects the accuracy and service life of tractor fender,which puts forward higher requirements for product design and quality control in the process of bending and forming.Due to the impact of the epidemic and various factors,China’s agricultural machinery industry is still in the stage of slow development,and the competition among enterprises in this field is becoming increasingly fierce.The research and development of farm tractor fender becomes very important for each manufacturer.The tractor fender wrinkle,crack,rebound and other problems are directly related to optimizing product quality and reducing production cost.Therefore,it is necessary to use the finite element software Dynaform combined with the concept of optimal design to realize the development and quality improvement of tractor fender bending.The research object of this paper is fender of agricultural tractor.First of all,the corresponding mold design needs to be completed,and then the finite element analysis of its bending and stamping process is carried out.Finally,the optimization and compensation of process parameters and springback are emphasized.The main content of this paper includes the following parts:(1)The main parameters in the process of bending stamping were calculated,and each part of the mold of the appropriate plate was selected to establish a three-dimensional model of the fender of agricultural tractor.(2)In order to study the influencing factors of wrinkle and fracture in the bending and forming process of farm tractor fender,the finite element analysis software Dynaform was used in this paper to simulate and study different materials,thickness,gap between convex and concave dies and whether there are drawing ribs and so on,and analyzed and compared.(3)In the study of agricultural tractor fender in the process of bending forming springback factors,not only the study of different materials,thickness,die clearance and whether there is a drawing bar,but also the influence of stamping speed,blank holding force on springback in the influencing factors.By studying the influencing factors of wrinkling,cracking and springback,this paper draws the conclusion that can effectively solve the problem,and the conclusion is as follows:(1)The use of aluminum alloy 6061,galvanized steel DQSK,low carbon steel B170P1 as sheet material for bending,which aluminum alloy 6061 almost no wrinkle and crack,low carbon steel B170P1 and galvanized steel DQSK have different degrees of fracture;Wrinkling and cracking can be reduced effectively by increasing material thickness,selecting reasonable gap between die and die and adding drawing bar.(2)Galvanized steel DQSK has the smallest springback Angle,while aluminum alloy 6061 has the largest springback Angle.In the selection of low carbon steel B170P1 as the sheet material,increase the thickness of the sheet material,appropriately reduce the gap between the die and the die,increase the stamping speed,increase the die holding force,add drawing bars and springback compensation can effectively reduce the occurrence of springback. |
