Study On Synthesis And Antifungal Activity Of Myclobutanilimine Derivatives | | Posted on:2014-03-12 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Y Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2531304886485474 | Subject:Applied Chemistry | | Abstract/Summary: | | | Heterocyclic compounds with high activity and low toxicity have become a hotspot of fungicide research on synthetizing pesticide and fungicide in recent years.Nitrogen heterocyclic compounds are playing an important role in synthetizing new pesticides.Triazole nitrogen fungicide,as a biosynthetic inhibitor of ergosterol in the bacteria,is a major trend to formulate new pesticides owing to its strong systematic property,broad-spectrum,high efficiency and long duration.For example,(2-(4-chlorphenyl)-2-(1H,1,2,4-triazole-1-methyl))Hexanenitrile,a new type of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds is a high efficient fungicide in that its triazole group and butyl enable myclobutanil to penetrate somatic cell of the bacteria to reach the site of action.Based on this idea,the research synthetizes a new imine derivative fungicide by using the nitrogen heterocyclic compound(2-(4-chlorphenyl)-2-(1 H,1,2,4-triazole-1-methyl))Hexanenitrile as the material,retaining the molecular structure of trizaole ring,transforming and modifying other parts of myclobutanil structure.During the process,an intermediate polymer particles is obtained by the reduction of myclobutanil and sodium borohydride-iodine system and then it is condensed with aldehyde to obtain 17 imines derivatives which have not been reported before.The structures of these derivatives are determined by MS,1H-NMR,13 C-NMR and other spectrum methods.The preliminary testing results of bacteriostatic activity show the 30 compounds have different inhibitory effects on the growth of testing pathogenic bacteria mycelia which include Cytospor mandshurica,Colletotrichum gloeosporioiles,Fusarium graminearum,Curvularia lunataboed,Pyricularia grisea,Alternaria solani.To be specific,at the concentration of 50 mg/L,4a,4b,4c,3e,4e and 4n have a greater inhibitory effect on Cytospora mandshurica than the positive control.The inhibitory ratio of the two isomers,namely 3e and 4e,3g and 4g,is 100 percent.3e and 4e shows an excellent activity to Cytospora mandshurica,Pyricularia grisea,Alternaria solani.The inhibitory ratios of the ten compounds including 4a,4b,4c,3e,4e,3g,4g,4h,4j and 4n towards Tomato Early Blight are 100 percent.EC50 testing results show that 4d have a greater inhibitory effect on Fusarium graminearum than the positive control,myclobutanil,so that 4d shows better antimicrobial activity than the positive control.It is clear that 4c have a similar inhibitory effect on the Cytospora mandshurica with the positive control,and 3g on Alternaria solani performances the same result. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | triazole, myclobutanil, imine, synthesis, fungicidal activity | | Related items |
