Various ecological and environmental problems caused by carbon emissions arouse the attention of all sectors of society to the living environment.According to statistics,the direct or indirect carbon emissions of my country’s construction industry account for 36%of my country’s total carbon emissions.The related research shows that concrete prefabricated components have the potential to reduce carbon,but there is a lack of quantitative research on component-level components,and the materialization stage is the carbon emission concentration stage of prefabricated components.Therefore,It is of great significance to carry out the carbon footprint estimation and emission reduction strategy of the prefabricated components stage.In this paper,the life cycle assessment theory is applied to the carbon footprint calculation of prefabricated concrete stairs in the materialization stage,and the target and scope are defined.The greenhouse gases are converted by GWP values of 100 years,and inventory analysis is carried out with IPCC and CLCD databases to obtain the carbon emission sources and corresponding carbon emission factors in the materialization stage.Besides,combined with the field survey results of prefabricated stairs and the collection of basic carbon emission data,the carbon emission calculation model and impact assessment of the materialization stage(production,transportation and construction stages)are established to realize the rapid and efficient calculation of carbon emission in the materialization stage of prefabricated components.To further study the carbon emission law of prefabricated concrete stairs in the materialization stage,this paper selects five cases in Fuzhou for calculation and analysis.The results show that the carbon footprint distribution of prefabricated concrete stairs in the materialization stage can be obtained through the cases,and the carbon emission of prefabricated concrete stairs mainly depends on the consumption of raw materials in the production stage.Compared with the cast-in-place stairs,the prefabricated stairs per cubic meter can reduce 218.806 kg CO~2/m~3,and the reduction rate is 26.03%.At the same time,through the regression analysis of the SPSS software,based on the building height,prefabricated stair cost,the cubic volume of the prefabricated stair and the total carbon emission,the linear regression equation is established.It is convenient to quickly estimate the carbon emission of prefabricated concrete stairs in the early stage of the construction project.Finally,according to the analysis of carbon emission law,the paper puts forward specific suggestions to reduce carbon emission from three aspects of the materialization stage,the carbon market trading and the policy support,which has important guiding significance and reference value for further promotion of prefabricated buildings.
