| Climate change is a global problem faced by all countries in the world.The increase of greenhouse gases has a certain impact on the living environment of human beings.Therefore,China has proposed the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".Prefabricated concrete buildings are an important part of the construction industry.In2021,the energy consumption of building materials and components of prefabricated concrete buildings in China will account for 51.3% of the energy consumption in the whole life cycle of the building.Therefore,how to formulate effective prefabricated concrete components production The phase carbon emission reduction strategy is extremely important for the realization of China’s "carbon peak carbon neutrality" goal.At present,prefabricated enterprises lack the economic incentives brought by emission reduction,the formulation of corresponding emission reduction strategies is not clear,and the motivation for emission reduction is insufficient.Therefore,the research purposes of this paper are:(1)to establish different cooperative decision-making modes of carbon emission reduction subjects in the production stage of fabricated concrete components,and to find the optimal emission reduction strategy;(2)based on the economic benefit perspective of profit maximization,to establish a Quantitative models for carbon emission reduction of building material suppliers,material transportation companies and prefabricated concrete component manufacturers in the production stage of concrete components,seeking and analyzing factors that have a greater impact on carbon reduction;(3)Constructing the production of prefabricated concrete components The framework of the emission reduction strategy of the stage,improve the emission reduction power of enterprises in the production stage of prefabricated concrete components,and promote the sustainable development of the prefabricated construction industry.In view of the above situation,this paper firstly focuses on the current development status of prefabricated buildings in my country and the status quo of carbon emission reduction in the production stage of prefabricated concrete components,analyzes its internal and external carbon emissions from factors such as market,policy,economy,management and technology,and determines the impact.The main bodies involved in carbon emission reduction in the production stage of prefabricated concrete components are building material suppliers,material transportation companies and prefabricated concrete component manufacturers.Then,quantitative analysis is carried out from the perspective of the economic benefit of maximizing profits,and the Stackelberg game model of enterprises in the production stage of fabricated concrete components is established to analyze the optimal carbon reduction of each enterprise under decentralized decision-making,coordinated decision-making and tripartite joint decision-making.Emissions and optimal profits,and the results of the decision-making model are compared and analyzed,and it is concluded that carbon trading prices and public environmental awareness are important factors affecting carbon emissions.Secondly,MATLAB is used to simulate and analyze the impact of carbon trading price and public environmental protection awareness on enterprise emission reduction in the production stage of fabricated concrete components,and to find the optimal emission reduction path.Finally,a framework of emission reduction strategies in the production stage of prefabricated concrete components is constructed,and countermeasures and suggestions for promoting carbon emission reduction are put forward from the perspectives of the government and enterprises,respectively,and conclusions are drawn through analysis and induction.The research results show that:(1)cooperative decision-making can not only promote carbon emission reduction in the production stage of prefabricated concrete components,but also indirectly improve the economic benefits of enterprises;(2)with the increase of carbon trading prices,the carbon emission reduction of enterprises also increases.will increase accordingly,and the best position of its carbon trading price depends on the profit brought by carbon emission reduction at this time;with the increase of public awareness of environmental protection,the carbon emission reduction of enterprises under different decision-making will also increase accordingly,showing a positive related.The improvement of public awareness of environmental protection can increase the maximum conversion ratio of economic investment and social benefits,and achieve high efficiency;(3)The formulation of emission reduction strategies from the perspective of the government and enterprises can effectively promote carbon emission reduction in the production stage of prefabricated concrete components.The government’s emission reduction policy provides a market basis for emission reduction in the production stage of prefabricated concrete components;as a specific implementer of emission reduction,enterprises should pay more attention to the long-term benefits brought about by emission reduction,formulate emission reduction strategic goals and implementation strategies,and improve emission reduction.Participate in the benefits of carbon emission reduction enterprises and increase the enterprise’s emission reduction power.This paper helps to improve the emission willingness of prefabricated buildings,broaden the application of Stackelberg game theory in the field of prefabricated buildings,realize the energy saving and emission reduction of prefabricated buildings,and promote the sustainable development of the prefabricated building industry. |
