| Since ancient times,China has been a country with frequent natural disasters,and every natural disaster can give to mankind.Bring great pain.The Ding Pengqi Famine was a rare drought and famine in North China during the Guangxu Dynasty,which affected Many Provinces such as Shanxi,Shaanxi,Henan,Hebei,Shandong,and Gansu.In contrast,the devastation caused by the Ding Pengqi famine to Shanxi was particularly strong.Therefore,the post-disaster management work done in Shanxi after the Ding Pengqi famine is extremely importantBy sorting out and summarizing historical data and using the theories and methods of historical research,this paper strives to expound the post-disaster governance work in Shanxi after the Ding Pengqi famine through three parts.First,by elaborating on the miserable situation faced by Shanxi after the Ding Peng Qi Famine and analyzing the specific reasons for shanxi’s miserable situation,we can analyze why the Ding Peng Qi Famine caused so much harm to Shanxi.Second,through a detailed review of historical materials,it is necessary to analyze whether the post-disaster management work in Shanxi after the Ding Pengqi famine has reached the expected goals.Third,by analyzing the post-disaster governance policies of the Shanxi local government after the Ding Pengqi famine and the actual effects they have played,to explore what experiences and lessons are in these post-disaster governance policies can provide reference for modern post-disaster governance work.In general,after the Ding Peng Qi famine,the Shanxi region has taken a number of positive post-disaster management measures,trying to break free shanxi after the Ding Pengqi famine from the shadow of the disaster.However,in subsequent work practices,most of these positive post-disaster governance measures have not played their due role. |
