As a new member of Jinan City,Laiwu district is often in the bottom of the ranking of ambient air quality in cities around Shandong Province.In 2020,the number of days above excellent in Laiwu District accounted for only 60%.Among the emissions of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,smoke and dust and volatile organic compounds,industrial sources accounted for a large proportion.From the perspective of industry distribution,the process sources and fixed combustion sources dominated by industrial enterprises are the main sources of air pollutant emission in Laiwu district.Among them,building materials industrial enterprises have a large number,small scale and scattered distribution,which makes it difficult to manage the environment,and the emission of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide,inhalable particulate matter and fine particulate matter contributes greatly,with prominent structural pollution,It is the key control object of air quality in Laiwu district.Taking the building materials industry in Laiwu district as the research object,this paper constructs the emission list of pollution sources in the refinement process of building materials industry in Laiwu district by using the material balance algorithm and the on-site monitoring data,and analyzes the reliability of the list results;On the basis of expert consultation and referring to the industrial cleaner production standards,the evaluation index system of air pollution control level of building materials industry in Laiwu district is constructed and evaluated;According to the results of investigation,evaluation and source list,the main problems are identified,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)Taking 2020 as the base year,66 building materials enterprises in Laiwu district were investigated by means of on-site investigation;Using the methods of data analysis,expert consultation,on-site measurement and material balance analysis,the three databases of production technology and equipment,input-output and pollution control of building materials industry are constructed,the construction method of air pollution source emission list of building materials industry based on material balance is established,and the emission coefficient and emission of air pollution factors are calculated.(2)Combined with the characteristics of many categories,small scale and dispersion of building materials industry,the evaluation system of air pollutant control level of building materials industry in Laiwu district is reasonably constructed and evaluated.From the evaluation results,the final score of various evaluation indexes of building materials industry in Laiwu district is 85.93,and its air pollution control level belongs to the domestic advanced level.(3)The calculation results of air pollution factor emission and emission coefficient of building materials industry in Laiwu District show that in terms of emission coefficient of 10000 yuan output value of each pollution factor,the emission coefficient of brick and tile industry is the largest,followed by lime,cement pre products,cement,aerated brick and concrete industry;In 2020,the emission accounting results of various pollution factors in various building materials industries are:dust emission is 146.67t,PM10 emission is 104t and PM2.5 emission is 72.5t,SO2 emission is 35.63t and NOx emission is 87.8t.The emission contribution rate of brick and tile industry is the largest,with the contribution rates of 54%,55%,60%,96%and 93%respectively.(4)The Monte Carlo method is used to analyze the reliability of the source list results.The calculation results show that the uncertainty ranges of each pollution factor(95%confidence interval)of Laiwu building materials industry in 2020 are-7.16%~12.89%for dust,-13.35%~21.43%for PM10 and-2.5%for PM2.5 is-17.42%~25.96%,SO2 is-32.23%~34.82%,NOx is-52.38%~38.47%.The factors affecting the uncertainty mainly come from the parameters obtained from literature review.Therefore,the pollutant emissions obtained based on the basic activity level data obtained from detailed investigation can effectively reduce the uncertainty of the inventory.
