Jiangnan region has been rich in products since ancient times,and its economy and culture are particularly prosperous.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,this situation was even better than that of the previous dynasties.Many elegant scholars gathered here,under the profound historical accumulation and multi-cultural convergence,the thinking of this area has been relatively open,the industrialists and businessmen who used to be at the bottom began to join the imperial class,and the world respected the status of craftsmen more than before.at that time,all kinds of handicrafts guilds were on the rise,and a series of guilds were derived.With Suzhou as the core,all kinds of handicrafts of the generation around Taihu Lake show a trend of prosperity and vigorous development,and "Suzhou style" has become synonymous with leading social fashion.Ming-style furniture as an important part of the "Su-style" handicraft group,especially from the middle and late Ming Dynasty to the early Qing Dynasty,the Ming-style furniture in Suzhou has a close relationship with other Su-style handicrafts.By exploring the accumulation of handicraft groups in Jiangnan after previous dynasties,combined with the various relationships between handicrafts and Ming-style furniture in Jiangnan during the Ming and Qing dynasties,using the methods of literature research,inductive analysis,logical argumentation,and interdisciplinary research,to seek common accumulation in the creation consciousness and images of many handicrafts,the aesthetic accumulation of Suzhou-style handicraft groups strongly promoted the development of Ming-style furniture.The introduction part of the article comments on the current research situation of the subject at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts;the second part introduces the background of handicraft groups by using the method of literature research.from the quality,regionalization and inheritance of the development of industrial clusters,it is found that its rapid rise has laid a solid foundation for the development of Ming-style furniture.The third part to the fifth part of this paper adopts the methods of interdisciplinary research and comparative study,and first studies the influence of literati’s aesthetics on Suzhou-style handicrafts and Ming-style furniture.through the analysis of the shape,color,decorative patterns of Suzuo handicrafts and the craftsmen ’accomplishment of Ming-style furniture,it is found that Suzhou literati have a common aesthetic tendency in Suzhou-style handicrafts and Ming-style furniture.Secondly,it studies the influence of the regional aesthetic accumulation of Suzhou-style handicrafts on Ming-style furniture,through the cultural analysis of the regions where Suzhou-style handicrafts and Ming-style furniture are located,and compares their shape,appearance temperament and decorative patterns.It is found that they have common regional characteristics and aesthetic temperament.Finally,it studies the influence of the technology of Suzhou-style handicraft on Ming-style furniture,and analyzes how Suzhou-style handicraft specifically affects the development of Ming-style furniture,and finally reaches the peak of furniture art;the sixth part of the article summarizes,from the demonstration of the above aspects,draw the final conclusion that the aesthetic accumulation of Suzhou-style handicraft groups has a great impact on the artistic style of Ming-style furniture.
