With the changes in the macroeconomic operating environment and tobacco control situation in recent years,the tobacco industry is facing many difficulties and challenges,and the potential risks of tobacco industry development are increasing.Under this situation,Kunming Tobacco Company has gradually realized the importance of human resource management.As a key link in human resource management,performance appraisal plays an important role in the process of realizing the strategic goal of "high-efficiency governance to a new level".Therefore,how to optimize the employee performance appraisal system,fully optimize the allocation of human resources,and finally achieve the common development of enterprises and employees has become a key problem that Kunming Tobacco Company needs to solve urgently.This paper takes the J branch of the Kunming Tobacco Company as the research object,adopts the research methods of literature research,field research,questionnaire survey and field interview,and focuses on the current situation of the performance appraisal of the J branch,the problems existing in the performance appraisal,the reasons for the problems and the The optimization design of performance appraisal system is studied in several aspects.The research is divided into five parts,starting from the framework of performance management system,sorting out and summarizing the theoretical basis of performance appraisal;Secondly,through analysis and judgment,clarify the problems existing in the current performance appraisal system of J branch and the reasons for these problems;Furthermore,the balanced scorecard method,key performance indicator method,analytic hierarchy process,all-round performance appraisal method and other methods are used to optimize the performance appraisal system of J branch from the aspects of index system,appraisal process and application of appraisal results;Combined with the actual situation of J branch,four safeguard measures are put forward in terms of organization,system,publicity and training,and cultural construction;Finally,the optimized performance appraisal system is summarized,and the future operation is put forward.It also provides some reference and reference for the performance appraisal work of other tobacco commercial enterprises in China,and the research has certain value.
