| As a high-tech service industry,testing industry plays an important role in testing product quality and safety,improving the qualified rate of product manufacturing,and safeguarding consumers’ rights and interests.As domestic consumers attach importance to food safety,food testing,as an important part of the testing industry,plays an increasingly prominent role in providing information for the government,enhancing people’s trust in the food industry,and maintaining economic development and social livelihood stability.However,compared with foreign counterparts,the domestic testing industry started late and developed slowly.Foreign well-known testing companies such as SGS and BV continue to set up branches in China to intensify the competition in the domestic market.In addition,the cost of enterprise testing equipment,reagents and other consumables continues to rise,reducing the enterprise profit space;competitors are also using various information technologies to reduce the testing price and shorten the testing cycle.In such a market environment,how to maintain small and medium-sized enterprises to survive and wait for the opportunity to develop is a big thing in front of enterprises.K Company is a small and medium-sized third-party testing company,whose business scope covers product quality and safety inspection and testing in chemical products,food,drugs and other fields,among which the business volume of food testing accounts for more than half of the company’s total business volume.With the continuous development of the company’s testing business,the testing process has appeared in different degrees of bottlenecks.The original business process is inefficient,leading to problems such as long detection cycle,low testing experiment efficiency and poor information transmission quality and internal communication obstacles.For the K Communist Company to continue and develop healthily,it must solve its current difficulties.With K food testing business process management,this thesis analyzes the research status and process reconstruction of the testing industry,studies the methods of process optimization in different industries,understands the current operation of the food detection business process of the company,and analyzes the food testing business of K.The value chain analysis method is used to sort out K company’s food testing business and identify the key processes.Through interviews and questionnaires,it is concluded that K company’s food testing business process has problems such as poor process output performance,long process cycle,poor cross-department communication and poor quality of information transmission.Secondly,based on the information obtained in the interview and ASME analysis,the causes of the main problems in the process were analyzed,and the results showed that the reasons were unreasonable process design,inadequate process management and control,low information level and unreasonable laboratory layout.Based on analysis of the problems and reasons,clear company K food testing goals and principles of business process optimization,according to the process reengineering theory and method of process optimization scheme is put forward,namely,organization structure and post optimization,using ESEIA analysis was carried out on the key processes,strengthen the information support and optimize the laboratory layout.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,supporting support measures are put forward for the optimized process.By comparing the data before and after the optimization of the trial operation scheme,the effect of the optimization process is evaluated.This thesis optimizes the process of food testing business of K company,improves the efficiency of food testing business process,shortens the testing cycle,improves the overall quality level of food testing and testing business,and improves customer satisfaction.Further speaking,it can mobilize the company’s resources to drive the active participation of personnel from various departments in the testing business process,so as to comprehensively improve the company’s testing business ability.From point to surface,so as to promote the overall optimization and innovation of all aspects of the company.K Company is pushed into a virtuous cycle of continuously improving the company’s competitiveness of the company,to provide scientific guidance methods and decision-making basis for K Company to comprehensively promote the optimization of testing business process comprehensively in the next stage. |
