Petrochemical enterprise is a member of dangerous chemical enterprise,which is a high-risk industry.There are a large number of dangerous sources in its production,such as various kinds of gasoline,diesel,liquefied gas,hydrogen and so on.It involves a number of special operations,such as pressure vessel,hydrogenation process,polymerization process,alkylation process,stoker and so on.In the process of daily production processing and on-site construction,it is a little careless,Explosion,fire,poisoning,suffocation and other accidents are very easy to occur.How to ensure safe,stable and long-term operation,and how to prevent and handle safety production accidents in advance are still the top priority at present and in the future.The overall idea of this paper is to determine the weight coefficient through the comprehensive early warning index selection,system construction and early warning model establishment under the standardized operation system of production safety in petrochemical enterprises,so as to realize the objective and accurate assessment of the real production safety status of petrochemical enterprises,and to verify the research results through the practical operation in a petrochemical plant in Yan'an.The main steps are as follows:on the premise of collecting a large number of early warning data,the paper first introduces the current situation,existing problems and research significance of the safety early warning research,the safety management system,early warning theory and the construction steps of the early warning system currently used by enterprises,and puts forward the construction assumption of the safety early warning index system of petrochemical enterprises based on the safety production standardization system,which greatly reduces the safety pre-warning The difficulty of constructing the police index system.Secondly,the key success factor method is used to determine the safety early warning index system of petrochemical enterprises,the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety early warning index of petrochemical enterprises,and then the analysis and evaluation results are used to determine the safety early warning index system Safety warning level of petrochemical enterprises.Finally,through the operation analysis of a petrochemical plant in Yan'an,the conclusion is that the early-warning level of the enterprise is "safety",and the safety status is good,which also proves the feasibility and practicability of the early-warning index system established in this paper.
