| With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the conventional automobile manufacturing mode has been unable to meet the growing diversified and personalized needs of the market,and most of China’s automobile enterprises have transformed to Toyota’s "JIT" production mode.In the field of automobile manufacturing,the in-plant logistics of automobile parts is an extremely critical part,and also an important link for enterprises to reduce costs,improve efficiency and respond quickly to the market.For automobile spare parts logistics research at home and abroad majority still stays in the stage of cost control,failed to multi-objective,low carbon energy saving factors into consideration,and the factory for auto parts logistics common circulation pickup pattern also has certain disadvantages,such as failure to consider from the aspects of energy consumption,energy saving and emission reduction did not consider more factors such as multi-objective problem.In this paper,a hybrid integer programming model of auto parts incoming cycle pickup was established,which was constrained by inventory limit and pickup logic,and aimed at carbon emission and transportation cost.An efficient hybrid heuristic algorithm was designed to solve the model,and a case study was conducted to verify the superiority of this model.In this paper,the fleet,suppliers,factories(distribution center)as one of the research object,first analyzes the current situation of auto parts logistics,find out the existing problems,and then introduces the green cycle pickup mode,introduces the main process of the green cycle pickup mode,analyzes the characteristics of the green cycle pickup mode,The circular pickup optimization model M1 and the circular pickup optimization model M2 without considering carbon emissions were established,and the hybrid genetic algorithm and adaptive large neighborhood search algorithm were designed to solve the problem.Finally,this paper use multiple sets of test data to prove the validity of the model and two version of the algorithm’s validity,reliability,and contrast,come to the conclusion that ALNS algorithm overall performance is better than the GA algorithm,and finally use ALNS algorithm results of actual case,A company and comparative analysis of existing mode and circulation and mode of the cost,The first conclusion is that the carbon emission cost and total cost of cyclic pickup mode are lower than the existing empirical mode.The second conclusion is that consider the cycle of carbon pickup pattern of carbon emissions and the total cost is lower than does not consider the cycle of carbon pickup,lower than the more experience,consider the cycle of carbon pickup pattern improved auto parts into the plant energy consumption and carbon emissions in the process of logistics,to some extent,the factory made auto parts logistics is more economic and environmental effect. |
