Study On The Effect Evaluation Of Government Supervision On Safety Production Of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises In H City

Safe production is crucial to an enterprise and is the cornerstone for maintaining social and economic development in China.In recent years,with the rapid development of hazardous chemical industry in China,the government supervises the safety production of enterprises,especially the production of hazardous chemicals,so enterprises face more serious tasks of safety production.Although China has successively promulgated a number of policies and measures,and local governments are constantly exploring and improving their regulatory systems,there are still problems in the safety production of hazardous chemicals enterprises in my country in terms of government supervision.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze hazardous chemicals,supervise enterprise safety production,explore its problems and reasons,put forward optimization suggestions,improve the supervision efficiency of the government,reduce the frequency of accidents,and reduce the loss to people’s lives and property.Based on the "4R" theory of crisis management and the life cycle theory of crisis,this paper takes H city in Z province as the research object,and explores the suggestions for the government supervision on the safety production of hazardous chemical enterprises.This paper defines concepts such as hazardous chemicals and government supervision of safety production,constructs a government supervision and evaluation system for hazardous chemicals according to the content of supervision,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to assign index weights.At the same time,through the method of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper evaluates the basic situation and effect of the safety production supervision of the hazardous chemical enterprises in H city,and draws the conclusion that the safety production supervision work of the hazardous chemical enterprises in H city basically meets the standard.At the same time,this paper further analyzes and explores the main factors of inefficient government supervision through the survey data,which are mainly reflected in the supervision mechanism,equipment and supervision methods.Finally,this paper proposes to improve the supervision mechanism,increase supervision investment,improve supervision methods,strengthen supervision,etc.,in order to optimize and improve the safety production supervision of hazardous chemical enterprises,so as to improve the efficiency of supervision.
