With the goal of building an environmentally friendly society and the implementation of the "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" policies,solving the problem of WEEE reverse recycling has become the only way for my country to develop a sustainable economy.How to balance the interaction and synergy of the participating entities in WEEE reverse recycling,how home appliance companies can carry out the green transformation of their corporate structure under national macro-control,and how to improve the WEEE reverse recycling system has become a key issue for various industries.However,there are still some unresolved problems in the WEEE reverse logistics system currently implemented in my country,which are manifested in the imperfect implementation of the producer responsibility extension system,the imperfect government-related reward and punishment policies and systems,and the low level of consumer participation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the interaction and synergy mechanism between the "home appliance enterpriseenvironmental NGO-government" in the WEEE reverse recycling system,and explore the strategic options for various stakeholders to participate in the construction of the WEEE reverse recycling system to promote home appliance enterprises,environmental NGO,and governments.It has important theoretical and practical significance to participate in the construction of the WEEE reverse recycling system.Based on the summary and arrangement of WEEE research literature and the actual situation of WEEE reverse logistics,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of my country’s WEEE reverse logistics from the perspective of three participants: home appliance enterprises,environmental NGO and the government,and provides suggestions for building a game model.Based on evolutionary game theory,through the research and setting of various influencing factors,the evolutionary game model of the three WEEE recycling participants of "home appliance enterpriseenvironmental NGO-government" is constructed,and the interaction of interest participants in the construction process of WEEE reverse logistics is studied.Synergistic mechanism,to explore the influence of relevant factors on the main strategy choice.At the same time,the evolutionary stability analysis of each stakeholder and system is carried out,and the conditions for reaching an ideal equilibrium state are summarized,so as to promote the green transformation and upgrading of the structure of home appliance enterprises.Based on game analysis,establish a system dynamics model,use Vensim software to carry out numerical simulations,visually reflect the evolution process and stable results of home appliance companies,environmental NGO and governments,and reveal the interaction between the game players,with a view to benefiting the various interests at this stage stakeholders provide corresponding decision-making references.The analysis found that the government’s decision-making can effectively affect the decision-making choices of other participants,and the decisions made by environmental NGO also have a certain impact on other participants.The research results show that the participation of the government and consumers can effectively encourage environmental NGO and home appliance companies to realize the evolution of waste home appliances from passive disposal to harmless disposal,and the evolution speed is positively correlated with factors such as rewards and punishments,support,and supervision costs.Factors such as transformation costs are negatively correlated.The increase in government penalties has prompted environmental NGO and home appliance companies to actively carry out strategic transformations and proactively choose environmentally friendly decisions,thereby avoiding the loss of profits caused by high environmental penalty costs,and promoting the green transformation of the household appliance industry.my country’s dualcarbon policy has just been promulgated and the development of WEEE reverse logistics is still in its infancy.Therefore,at this stage,home appliance companies,environmental NGO and the government all choose a positive strategy,which is a balanced and stable strategy at this stage.Through model construction and simulation analysis,this paper obtains various relevant factors and related conditions that affect the construction of WEEE reverse logistics,expands the research method of WEEE reverse logistics,and provides relevant suggestions for the strategic selection of various stakeholders.
