Middle managers are the key talents in the enterprise,and the compensation system of middle managers is an important factor to stimulate their work enthusiasm and even improve their work efficiency.In recent years,the state has introduced a series of policies and documents to deepen the spirit of reform of state-owned enterprises,and a new round of reform of the remuneration system is being promoted in depth.The object of this paper is the compensation system of middle managers in company HYZB.The current compensation system of middle managers in this company is: basic job salary,bonus,allowance and subsidy,and related benefit items.The existing compensation system for middle managers is not very different from that of ordinary employees,which leads to frequent departures of middle managers,resulting in talent loss and hindering the further development of the company.The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate and analyze the current situation of the compensation system of middle managers in HYZB Company,identify the problems and propose a set of compensation system improvement plan in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of middle managers in HYZB Company and contribute to the strategic goal of company development.In this paper,by using research methods such as questionnaire method and interview method,according to the characteristics of the middle managers’ compensation system structure of company HYZB,the expert survey method was used to select the indicators that all experts agreed on for the construction of compensation system evaluation indicators from the factors that may affect the satisfaction of middle managers of company HYZB with the compensation system.Using the constructed indexes combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a three-level evaluation index system for the satisfaction of middle managers’ compensation system of HYZB Company,including salary level,management system,welfare allowance,and incentive promotion,the qualitative problem is transformed into a quantitative problem study,and the satisfaction of middle managers’ compensation system of HYZB Company can be evaluated comprehensively and accurately.To uncover the inherent problems under the existing compensation system of the bank: low overall compensation satisfaction,unreasonable compensation structure,low overall compensation external competitiveness,and poor overall compensation incentive effect.Then,on the basis of the aforementioned theoretical study of the compensation system,we propose the improvement measures of the compensation system suitable for the middle managers of HYZB Company by combining the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the compensation system of the middle managers of HYZB Company.The existing compensation system is optimized and improved in various aspects,taking into account job salary,performance,benefits and bonus subsidies.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the compensation improvement program,corresponding guarantee measures are proposed in terms of strengthening the importance of senior leadership,establishing a scientific assessment system,and improving the organizational structure guarantee.Through the research results of improving the middle management compensation system of HYZB Company,it is expected to provide some reference value and significance to the work of improving the compensation system of enterprises in the same industry or similar enterprises in the region.And through the use of scientific evaluation models,we can objectively and truly understand the actual needs of employees,make targeted improvements,and provide a reliable reference basis for the overall improvement of the company’s compensation system.
