| Since China’s reform and opening up,the economic development in the process of marketization has been remarkable achievements.At present,China has entered the stage deepen reform.Rational regulation and allocation of market resources is an important task for further marketization.Entering the era of knowledge economy,human resources,as the most special and important resources,play a vital role in the development of the company.In traditional management,production materials and technology,sales and so on,as the magic weapon of the enterprise has been no longer the past,and human resources,talent industry has become an important trump card to win the enterprise.In human resources management,middle-aged managers are often neglected,but their age stage and the particularity of the position is still worth our study.Taking F company as an example,this paper studies the influencing factors of middle-aged managers’ work motivation in the middle-aged stage of the company.Through the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the factors of middle-aged managers’ work motivation and finds out the existing problems.Proposed corresponding incentives. |
