| Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economy has entered an era of rapid growth.With the further deepening of supply-side structural reform,the beginning of 5G in 2020,the digital transformation of enterprises,and the emergence of emerging technologies,leadership is an essential element for enterprise organizations to face up to the environment,cope with changes,and achieve development and progress.Only by having the leadership to keep pace with the times,daring to innovate and lead development,and being prepared to meet challenges and opportunities at any time,can an enterprise seek survival and development in the process of change.As a three-level unit of an energy state-owned enterprise,ZX has continued the shortcomings of the planned economic system and still has the idea of "official standard".How can it quickly grow into an excellent middle-level manager and become the backbone of the enterprise.The development of it is crucial.The main research content of this article is divided into the following parts: 1.To understand the concept of leadership and related research at home and abroad from the theoretical level,and explain the importance of leadership to the enterprise.2.Analyze the status quo of state-owned enterprise ZX and the basic situation of the leadership of middle-level managers,choose a 360-degree leadership evaluation model,and use the form of questionnaires to evaluate the middle-level leadership of ZX,get the evaluation results and analyze.3.Find out the problems and reasons for the leadership of the middle-level managers of the enterprise.4.Combined with the evaluation and analysis,formulate strategies to improve the leadership of ZX’s middle managers,and establish safeguard measures.I have less opportunities to contact the company’s senior managers in my work,and there are more opportunities for communication and exchange with middle managers,hoping to do in-depth research on the management status and existing problems of middle managers,in addition,in the past leadership research,the attention to middle managers is not enough.In this paper,the middle managers of ZX Company are taken as research objects.By discussing the cultivation elements of leadership quality and the successful practice around the leadership model,it is helpful for the middle managers to realize the continuous improvement of performance through the development of leadership level.Enterprise management and development can not be separated from the joint efforts of employees,which requires every leader to constantly optimize his leadership.Only by continuously improving his leadership can he strengthen the cohesion and creativity of employees,make the enterprise develop better and better,and ensure that the enterprise occupies a certain competitive position in the market. |
