Job burnout refers to the state of physical and mental exhaustion of employees after they are under the pressure and burden of work.Middle-level managers are the backbone of enterprises.They play an important role in the implementation of the strategy by decomposing the strategic planning of enterprises,transforming it into departmental plans and departmental activities,managing internal affairs of departments,identifying strategic problems and opportunities,and coordinating in the middle.Therefore,if middle-level managers have job burnout problem,it will lead to individual performance will be seriously affected,and then affect the long-term performance of the whole department and company.This paper takes A state-owned mining company as the research object,uses the relevant theory of job burnout,analyses the actual situation of job burnout of middle managers,combs the problems of job burnout of middle managers,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the job burnout of middle managers.This paper focuses on the following six parts: the first part is introduction,discussing research background and significance,introducing research content,research methods and research trends at home and abroad;the second part introduces related concepts and theoretical basis,expounds the concept of middle-level managers and job burnout,and introduces the theory of job burnout.On,incentive theory,leadership theory,salary management theory and career life cycle theory;Part III makes a comprehensive and in-depth study of the status quo of middle-level managers' job burnout in A state-owned mining company,and points out that the performance of middle-level managers' job burnout and the impact of middle-level managers' job burnout on A company;Part IV is state-owned A company.The causes of job burnout of middle-level managers in mining companies are analyzed,including the questionnaire survey on the causes of job burnout of middle-level managers in A state-owned mining companies and the internal and external causes of job burnout of middle-level managers.The fifth part is the coping strategies of job burnout of middle-level managers in A state-owned mining companies,which are separately from personnel management.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of this paper.This paper designs the countermeasures to prevent and alleviate the burnout of middle-level managers in A state-owned mining company from three aspects of system,staff and environment,which is of great practical significance.At the company level,this paper helps A state-owned mining company to improve the performance of middle-level managers,thereby ensuring the achievement of departmental performance and corporate strategic objectives,and ensuring the effective operation of the company.At the industry level,this paper establishes a reference benchmark for other state-owned enterprises,especially metallurgical enterprises.
