| With the in-depth promotion of the construction of ecological civilization,the environmental protection industry has developed rapidly,producing huge economic and social benefits.But to mark people’s expectations for a better life,the existing environmental protection enterprises still face great pressure,mainly reflected in the number of enterprises but not strong,weak independent research and development ability,lack of core technology,technology research and development and industrial application disconnects,etc.In the final analysis,the main reason is that enterprises do not pay enough attention to human resource management and there is no reasonable human resource structure.Therefore,it is of great significance to excavate the optimal allocation of human resources structure for the development of environmental protection enterprises.Taking Y company as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of Y company’s human resource structure and the existing problems in the aspects of job matching,enterprise stability and high-quality development by applying the theoretical knowledge of human resource structure optimization and combining the methods of interview,survey,questionnaire and discussion.Aiming at these problems,the fuzzy entropy structure optimization model is comprehensively used to calculate the reasonable proportion of age,major,title and other sub-structures under the condition of determining the membership degree of each sub-structure.Then,according to the long-term development strategy and actual operation of the enterprise,the current situation of the personnel structure is compared and analyzed with the optimization results of the model,and the optimization plan of the human resource structure of Y company as a whole and all departments is formulated.Finally,in view of the optimized program,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the program are proposed from the aspects of organization and leadership,establishment of rules and regulations,strengthening training,etc.Under the background of the construction of beautiful Jiangsu,this paper can not only help Y company to optimize its own human resource structure,but also provide some help for relevant environmental protection enterprises to optimize by using the relevant theories of human resource management,so as to further improve the quality and efficiency of development and make it bigger and stronger. |
