| In this paper,through establish a model of rats with chronic kidney disease(CKD),we have researched 11 S soybean protein diet on the renal function,nutritional status,electrolyte regulation,antioxidant activity of rat with chronic kidney disease(CKD).And compares the the influence of diet adding different content of soybean protein isolated soy isoflavones on rat renal function,nutritional status,electrolyte regulation,the influence of antioxidant activity.1.Establish the rat model of chronic kidney disease.Continuous lavage rats respectively 2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks with adenine,to compare different building time impact on the stability of the rat model of chronic kidney disease(CKD),the doses is 200 mg/(kg,d).We found that all rats showed weight loss,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine increased,uric acid increased,creatinine clearance reduced,the symptoms of kidney enlargement after adenine intake.But when we stop intragastric administration of adenine and continue to raise rats 4 weeks,we found All these symptoms abated.However,the rats lavage for 2 weeks and 3weeks show the trend of sustained recovery,and the 4 weeks group of rat’s renal function recovery to a certain extent,no longer to restore.So we think the CKD model of 4 weeks is more stable than 2or 3 weeks.2.When rats after lavageing adenine for 4 weeks,feed rats respectively for moer 4weeks with feed contained casein of 10%(LP),15%(MP),20%(HP).At the end of the experiment we found that: the serum creatinine,the kidney index of CKD rats fed with 20%protein feed,is higher than those of LP and MP group rats.The creatinine clearance of HP group is lower than that of LP group rats,but there was no significant difference between MP group rats and HP group rats.It indicates that low protein diet is helpful to delay the progression of rats with chronic kidney disease(CKD).3.The CKD rats were divided into four groups,with 10% protein content of feed to keep feeding.Different groups have different protein ingredients: casein,Soybean protein isolated(SPF),25%11S +75% SPF,55%11S+45% SPF,85%11S+15% SPF。The result shows that: High levels of 11 S soybean protein is more advantageous than casein for CKD rats to reduce serum creatinine values,alleviate kidney swelling,reduce high blood phosphorus value,improve the content of total protein and globulin;more effective than casein and pure soybean separation protein to reduce the TG,TCHOL,LDL level and decrease renal’s MDA,increases GSH,raise the activity of T-SOD and the ability of TAOC for CKD rats.This suggests that the 11 S soy protein diet is good for CKD rats to delay the process of renal injury,improve nutritional status,reducing blood fat,strengthen kidney antioxidant capacity.4.CKD rats were fed with 10% SPF diet combined different dose of soybean isoflavone.After 4 weeks,the results showed that Only the high dose of soybean isoflavones can relieve renal enlargement,reduce the serum urea nitrogen values,lower serum creatinine values,higher creatinine clearance and improve the serum total protein content,increase the content of serum albumin,serum globulin content and lower the total cholesterol;Low dose and high dose of soybean isoflavone can both elevated blood calcium,reduce blood phosphorus,reduce the content of TG,LDL,improving T-SOD vigor,improve the ability of T-AOC for CKD rats.This shows that soybean isoflavone is good for CKD rats,but the dose of soybean isoflavone still need further discussion. |
