Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a worldwide public health problem,and the number of patients at home and abroad is increasing day by day,causing severe economic burden on society and patient families.With the development of time,CKD caused by rich diseases such as diabetes and hypertension is becoming more and more common in developed and developing countries.Kidney disease is difficult to detect in the early stages,and it is mid-to-late until the patient becomes aware of it.In the middle and late stages of CKD,it is easy to cause complications such as malnutrition,hypertension,and diabetes.If not controlled,it will lead to kidney failure and endanger patients' lives.Existing research shows that a scientific and reasonable diet structure can delay the condition of patients with chronic kidney disease and benefit the patient's health,which means that diet nutrition has a significant effect on CKD patients.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a formula for special medical purposes suitable for patients with kidney disease.Based on the intake of nutritional elements: protein,dietary fiber,and trace elements in CKD patients,this article has developed a special medical formula food(special medical food)suitable for patients with kidney disease.Based on the existing formula,a compound traditional Chinese medicine for treating kidney disease is added.The added traditional Chinese medicine is a common traditional Chinese medicine for kidney disease based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,including: 25 parts of Astragalus,20 parts of Codonopsis,16 parts of Atractylodes,14 parts of Poria,12 parts of Dogwood,10 parts of Epimedium,9 parts of Cistanche,Cooked 10 parts,Cuscuta 9 parts,licorice 8 parts,Kudzu root 5 parts,Schisandra 5 parts.Among them,traditional Chinese medicines such as licorice and astragalus are Chinese medicine and food.Based on the extraction experience of traditional Chinese medicine,a method capable of effectively extracting traditional Chinese medicine was developed,and related drying methods were explored.The experimental results proved the requirements for compound addition of extracts.According to the extraction method of adding traditional Chinese medicine in special medical food,a method for detecting the effective components of GC-MS was established to further explore the chemical structural formula of the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.The results of GC-MS showed that the traditional Chinese medicine extract contained astragaloside IV,atractylenolide I,atractylenolide II,atractylenolide III,baohuoside I,epimedoside A,icariin,loganin,morroniside,and cornuside.A rat model of chronic kidney disease was established.Rats were fed a diet containing 0.75% adenine to induce kidney disease.After successful modeling,the special medical foods developed by feeding were explored for its effects,and the effects of nutritional intervention on rat health were measured by measuring body weight,urine volume,and urine protein in rats.The serum creatine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)concentrations of rats were measured to investigate the damage of rat kidney tissues.Based on this,hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining of rat kidney tissues were performed from pathology.Investigate the degree of renal tissue recovery from the perspective.The experimental results show that feeding the special medical foods developed can restore the rat's health to a certain extent,the rats' weight has increased,and the urine protein and urine volume have begun to decrease.The measurement results of BUN and Scr showed that the degree of kidney damage in rats decreased,and the HE staining results also confirmed this.After confirming that the developed product can delay CKD,optimize the production process of the target product,and use the response surface to analyze the effect of homogeneous pressure,inlet air temperature and outlet air temperature on the embedding rate of special medical food.After the target product is packaged,the sensory evaluation of the special medical food is carried out.The orthogonal test is used to determine the experimental conditions of the seasoning agent ratio,brewing temperature,water addition,etc.,and explore the experimental conditions to achieve the best sensory effect of the target product.
